Why was Kim Jong Nam assassinated in Malaysia and not in Macau or Singapore?

I received the below from an anonymous contributor and very interesting and let see if the readers have an opinion of theirs too and leave it in comments section. A very intresting read

When Kim Jong Nam left Macau, he basically signed his death certificate. He has been travelling extensive in Singapore without any fear. Being bored of Singapore , he decided to travel in Malaysia. He did not realize that death was nearing him in Malaysia where airport security is lacking.

Assassinating Kim Jong-Nam on Chinese territory would have been a very serious act of war, comparable to a first strike. North Korea would have gone for such an option only if it also intended to further seriously strain its relations with China.

However, relations with China have indeed just recently deteriorated over the North Korea’s latest missile test. China responded by halting coal imports. North Korea may have wanted to demonstrate its capability to strike distant targets even as its sphere of influence in Asia is further curtailed.

Singapore is known to be a very safe country; which makes it a less attractive location for such a violent crime. Singapore’s airport security is internationally renowned as being one of the best so the assassins might find it hard to kill him there.
Malaysia is notorious for its lax customs security at the airport and is considered a very neutral and happy watered fertile ground. Malaysia also employs a non-violent approach towards any conflict, and would favor diplomatic discussions and global support.

An exception might be the Lahad Datu intrusion, which was fended off successfully in Ops Daulat, but Filipino and Indonesian authorities were also involved for a bit of it.

Now consider MACAU, a territory under Chinese authority and SINGAPORE, a strategic point of world trade lines and a key US ally in balancing the US-China South China Sea conflict. Should a North Korean assassination happen in either, it could be pronounced as a declaration of war and a threat to global peace, plus angering the US, the North’s nemesis and China, it’s biggest supporter.

The most Malaysia would do is to open some investigations, send some police to try to find the killer (since it’s a crime and they did detain some people) and voice it out internationally.

THIS IS WHY THEY DECIDED TO KILL KIM JONG NAM IN MALAYSIA. Why he killed , that’s another episode.

Malaysia in 20 years in the future

What and if Malaysia will exist in 20 year as a nation or a disintegrate into multiple nations as in case of Yugoslavia but peacefully

To make it simple I will only analysis for the territory call Malaya after Kelantan, Sarawak and Sabah secede

Please read and understand this link and do not throw away the progress Malaysia as a nation made and throw all these good things for the selfish agenda of a few narrow minded and greedy for power politicians who use Race and religion as a tool to remain in power and oppress the Malaysian Citizens or we as a nation will ended up like below

  Malaysia 2016

A.   Territory

1.     Southern Thailand Muslim majority provinces and Kelantan  will be a new Islamic nation and Sharia law will be the law of the new Nation and possible name Sultanate of Patani

2.     Federation of Malaya with Singapore included

3.     Sarawak and Brunei as one nation and it will be a republic

4.     Sabah as a Republic

B.    Economy

1.     Oil (Proven reserves 3.6 Billion Barrels) and gas reserves. At current rate of oil production, the oil reserves will last for 15 years if all crude oil is recovered but recovery rate at current technology is at maximum 70% of the proven reserves and will last 10.5 years without any new crude oil finds. Gas reserves to last for 13 years maximum at the rate of production. The proven oil reserves in Kelantan will go to the new nation of Kelantan and South Thai Malays , Terengganu Oil and gas field s will go to Malaya and the Oil and gas fields in Sarawak and Sabah will go to the new nations of Sarawak and Sabah

2.     Tin reserves will be depleted and sunset of tin industry in Malaya

3.     Rubber and oil palms estates near major towns will be converted into housing estates and industrial estates. Rubber and oil palm plantations will be in decline as Indonesia , Thailand , Myanmar , Cambodia , Laos , Vietnam will be producing Rubber and palm oil at cheaper cost and Malaysian plantation companies will relocate most of their operations in these countries

4.     Timber reserves with current rate of exploitation will last 10 years maximum

5.     Manufacturing industry – The labour intensive industries will relocate to Cambodia , Laos and Myanmar in 5 years’ time and Malaya will be left with minimal industries

6.     Highly skill manufacturing will move to English speaking countries Myanmar with a highly trained labour force in 10 years’ time

7.     The new economy is the result of the transition from a manufacturing-based economy to a service-based economy and will give Malaya a pass as the laws will be very restrictive for tourist to visit Malaya and the Tourism economy will be in a free fall and decline

8.     Labour – Malaya will be what Philippines was between 1975 to 2010 a net exporter of cheap labour , Maids , manual labour and unemployed graduates i.e. Computer engineers , civil , mechanical engineers , Doctors , nurses etc. to Middle East Muslim countries as by 10 years’ time the majority of the Muslim population will be Arabized

C.    Education

1.     Universities will cater for the export labour market by producing graduates required by the Middle east Job markets and skilled in the Arabic language

2.     Maid training centers to train the local female population to be maids and learn the Arabic language

3.     Training centers to in hospitality workers for the Middle east and fluent in Arabic

D.   Currency

1.     Same as what the Thai Baht and the Philippines Peso is now. The role and exchange rate will be revised

2.     US dollar will be the choice in the private economy as what is happening in Cambodia where the Government have accepted the US dollar as a legal tender in the country and same status as the Cambodia currency

E.   Population

1.     Confused and marginalized

2.     Unemployment at high levels

3.     Crime infested and major drug problem

4.     And every imaginable problem a fail nation haves

I hope all the above does not happen but the decay in the last 25 years have accelerated the decline of Malaysia economic manufacturing power house and the hospitality industry as the tourist of quality who spend 10 times of a tourist who now travels to Malaysia is giving Malaysia a big miss. Loss of 30 to 40 Billion Ringgit to the local economy yearly all because of push for full religious economy over a practical economy which provides jobs and money. It is already happening now and the people will grease and run the Malaysia true economy have been migrating to different countries and the rate have been increasing yearly. Malaysia is the next Yemen, poor in soul and poor in value

Thai Malays

The Real Estate and Housing Developers Association and also the forgotten wishes of the buyers

All we hear is what the fat cats the developers want from the government to boost sale of their properties to increase their profits and do not have a plan of their own to make less profits to boost the sale of properties. As long as the developers to not change their profit ordinated mindset , the property market is not going to recover and will go from bad to worse and then to life support coma. Buying and selling properties is a 2 way traffic

A.     Real Estate and Housing Developers Association (Rehda) wish list to support the property markets and housing developers

1.      The waiving of stamp duty - expected increase in stamp duty on properties priced at over RM1 million from 3% to 4% will further affect sale of properties. (Stamp duty exemption for first-time homeowners limited to properties valued up to RM300, 000. But properties now cost RM 500,00 at the cheapest and decent double storey residential cost RM 800,00 and above

2.      Residential properties are GST-exempt; developers are still affected by the 6% GST on building materials and services.

3.      Abolition of GST on all property sales residential and businesses

4.      Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) on properties sold within six years of the date of purchase

5.      Easing up of banking regulations for hosing and businesses loans

Yes above is the wish list of the Fat cats who have been the main cause of rise in residential properties and whenever a new hosing estate is opened, the residential and business property prices keeps going up.
B.     Wish list of Residential and business property buyers.

1.      Lower the prices of new launch properties by 30 to 40% and can be done as the bulk of the residential property prices are made of land prices in the average of 70 to 80 %

2.      Waive the Legal cost for buy the property as developers have in house lawyers

3.      No payment to be paid to developers until the property is ready and ready to deliver with Certificate of Fitness except for nominal booking fee

4.      Development of promised infrastructure  and amenities as most of the time the developers differ or cancel these developments and use the available land for other purpose.

5.      Lower the down payment of new property from 10% to 5%

6.      Rebates for early buyers

7.      No taxes for first time residential buyers and No GST or stamp duty for subsequent property purchasers

8.      Transparency on cost of developing a new residential housing estate

9.      On completion and handing over the property to buyer at least 50% to 75% of  Development of promised infrastructure  and amenities must be ready

a.      Schools

b.      Shops

c.       Police station

d.     Market

e.      Playground , jogging and exercise park

f.       Bicycle lanes

g.      Ample parking as a normal family have an average of 3 to 4 cars , wide road lanes in front of homes

h.      Community hall

i.       Wider lanes at business canter and ample parking

j.       Banks

k.      Gated security

10.   Accessibility of housing estate to a trunk road with good connectivity to major roads

11.   And many more

Read below wish list of Redha and forgot to mention wish list of buyers

Even you are a hawker , education is important and so that you can label your products correctly and do not get sued for defrauding customers by selling a different product than was advertised or get lockup for lewd language or worse still picked up by the moral police for selling something which only can be found in a whorehouse

Picture below speaks volumes of false advisement

Husband of PM very shy

Jamal Junos - UMNO's next big hope and only new leader to emerged in last 4 years

Update

Jamal was at one time untouchable , but then the UMNO politicians saw this loose cannon’s popularity sky rocking among the UMNO members and a threat to their political careers so brakes were applied but I think the brakes were applied too late. Jamal knows that they took him as a sucker and will not be surprised he goes for UMNO youth leaders post or maybe he will try a shot and he is within reach for a VP slot as UMNO is so devoid of heroes and he have proved to his emperor he is a Hang Tuan and Not a Hang Jebat

Recently was talking to group of my friends and what an idiot Jamal Yunos aka Jamal Jamban was, but then have we were having fun bashing Jamal up and saying he is a clown and belongs in a fun fair or circus. One of my friends cut us off and told us that the idiots were us and not Jamal. We asked how come bro and he said Jamal have been pressing the right buttons and endearing himself to the UMNO crowd and was playing to the gallery with his various antics.

He is street smart and will not play to empty galleries. Come UMNO elections, my friend said he will either go for the UMNO youth head post or a Supreme council seat. When Jamal tested the political waters by tendering his resignation, it was rejected by UMNO, as when they see potential talent, they do not ignore the talent. UMNO have been devoid of new talent and also daredevils like of the yesterdays.

Khairy , Hisamudin better watch out as this is one bullet train who is not going to wait and will be a wrecker of many politicians careers.

All this while he have plan his moves very careful and came out in the forefront when others in UMNO were afraid too seen as bashful. All the free publicity he have generated and a lot of UMNO members are his fans as see in him the potential to take UMNO another step forward.

After this water protest , water tankers are deployed at the mere announcement of a water cut and was surprised 10 water tankers were deployed in USJ 4 area when the water cut announcement was made but then again we were lucky the taps were still flowing and no need of the water tankers. But knowing the water tankers were on standby gave a lot of comfort

Same with all other issues Jamal champion have seen progress.

Thank you Jamal and even thou I do not like your racial politics but you are spot on the current issues affecting the Selangor residents. When doing a raid next time, please rope in the police and do it legit

At least we can agree to disagree

AFTER 6 DECADES OF ‘SUPREMACY’, MALAYS STILL UNABLE TO CONTROL THEIR OWN DESTINY – WHY?

My comments - If they cannot figure out how they got into this mess ,than nobody can help them . The problem is when you do not enggage your brain to think , this happens. Hadi was correct about lost sheep but he forgot to say the whole race is a bunch of lost sheep as their Shepards are blind and clueless

This is from www.malaysia-chronicle.com

Read here AFTER 6 DECADES OF ‘SUPREMACY’, MALAYS STILL UNABLE TO CONTROL THEIR OWN DESTINY – WHY?

Hadi Awang, the PAS president, refers to some Muslims as “lost sheep”; ironically. this is a Christian metaphor. Hadi could be known as “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”.

Religious men have ‘corrupted’ the Malay mind, so that he is unable to accept any hard truths.

When you tell Malay parents to practice family planning, they will say, “Children are a gift from God”. When you tell the Malay that driving recklessly may cause an accident, he will say, “If it is God’s will, then so be it”.

What a pity that the hadith, “Seeking knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim”, which when combined with the opportunity to correct one’s sins and mistakes to improve oneself, is lost on the Malay. Why are so many Malays recalcitrant?

Many Malays have difficulty in ‘opening up’ and acknowledging their shortcomings. The majority cannot distinguish between religion and culture. They confuse right with might. The more arrogant Malays think that the ‘special position’ mentioned in the constitution is synonymous with ‘special rights’. This is wrong!

If only the Malay would exercise his grey matter, he would have saved his community a lot of soul-searching, and the nation would possibly be more united, and have more racial tolerance.

If children are a gift from God, why does the child, or parent, treat his life as a cheap, worthless commodity?

The bicycling tragedy in Johor Baru was an accident waiting to happen. The police have unsuccessfully tried on numerous occasions to disperse the cyclists. The boys on their modified bikes quickly disappear at the first sign of a police car.

The cyclists should not be on the highway in the first place. Should not be bunched in the middle of the road, or congregate on the central divider. The boys should be in bed well before 3am, as they have school the next day. Instead, these boys, and some of their parents, expect public understanding.

These cyclists are mere Mat Rempits-in-training. In Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Territories Minister, Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, who probably claims to have the best brains in the Umno Baru think-tank, wants Mat Rempits to be allowed to race along certain residential roads. He should start the race on his street, or the street where the PM and other ministers live.

If the boy meets with an accident, the parent says that it is his takdir (destiny). There is no mention of taking preventative measures, about playing safely within the confines of the garden, or in the house.

Some Malays fail to distinguish between quality and quantity, and large families are the bane of the Malays. The Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) payment is only a quick fix. The affirmative action policies do not appear to address the rising poverty in the Malay community.

In the olden days, high child mortality rates and poor provision of healthcare meant that children who survived beyond five years of age were rare. Large families addressed the shortage of labour in the fields, and the care of elderly parents.

Having a large family is not sustainable in today’s world. Whether they live in a town, or the village, children need a good education, good nutrition, a stable family life and love.

When Malays say that they want large families, it is just an excuse not to practise family planning.

When a Malay man demands a virgin bride, it is because he fears being told that his technique is rubbish.

When a Malay excuses his wrongdoings with “takdir tuhan” (Divine intervention) he is absolving himself of all responsibility.

It is time the Malays had a rethink, and learnt to be in control of their own destiny.

Dedicated doc at Hospital Taiping will be dearly missed

My comments in Blue

I happen to know the doctor and he is one of the better Orthopaedic surgeons in the country and forcing a transfer on him will make him leave the Govenment Health service and join the private sector . Why these pen pushers in the government service so foolish.

Can read more on the link below

Dedicated doc at Hospital Taiping will be dearly missed

Below from www.freemalaysiatoday.com

Just when doctors recommended amputation, one orthopaedic surgeon stepped in to ensure my grandmother's leg was saved.

From: Rebecca Thomas via e-mail
My grandmother is a chronic diabetic, with a host of other medical problems and she nearly lost her life last June, if not for the dedicated support staff and the specialists of Hospital Taiping.
Some months back, she developed a diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) and since her blood glucose levels were not stabilised after being discharged from the ICU, the treatment of this DFU was a losing battle; instead of healing it just seemed to get worse and then a second wound developed on the top of her foot.
The doctors increased her insulin doses and we maintained tight controls of her food intake. We also made sure that her wounds were dressed every day, but still healing seemed to be extremely slow and she suffered excruciating pain in her leg.
Consultation with other orthopedic surgeons, brought pain and anguish to family members, as they concluded that amputation was the only solution.
All hope was almost lost until this orthopedic surgeon at Hospital Taiping, who took charge of her case, treated the wounds with utmost care and dedication.
Many other patients have also commented of his high standard of work ethic.
Today, her wounds are healing well but alas, we got news that this particular doctor is being transferred to another town. It is such a pity that Taiping Hospital is going to lose a dedicated doctor who cares dearly for his patients.
I hope that his transfer could be rescinded for the sake of his patients here.
