Unknown facts about the Partition of India into India and Pakistan

Felt like writing something about the wrongs Britain have done in the Partition of India and Pakistan

Partition of India was a British conspiracy to keep the Indian subcontinent unbalanced and Ghandi with Nehru were party to this tragedy. Pakistan was forced on to Jinnah who did not want Pakistan but Pakistan was forced on him. The traitors were Gandhi, Nehru and the Congress Party. That is why Netaji Subash Bose Chandra quit congress and when overseas to recruit an army to fight the British
This is biting the West know because of the foolishness of the British. Now there is an Islamic nation which is radicalized and has nuclear weapons – Pakistan a basket case.

Allah Bux Soomro: A Muslim who opposed the Two Nation Theory

Living an hour of glory is much better than living an age with no name’. Whether it’s Jinnah in Pakistan, or Nehru in India, none of them deserve the adulation that have been unfortunately bestowed upon them. Thanks to these two wily politicians, scores of true heroes, who actually fought for India’s freedom and integrity, were callously forgotten. Among them, sadly, is a hero, who like Frontier Gandhi (Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan), fought for India’s unity, fought for India’s freedom, fought against the injudicious Two Nation Theory. But sadly, neither of the residents either side of the border know of him as of today. His name was Allah Bux Soomro, the ex-Prime Minister of Sindh, and this is his story.

Born in 1900, at Shikarpur, the leader of Sind Ittehad Party belonged to the scion of the illustrious Soomro Rajputs. He was introduced to politics at a very age. Good political connections, along with a strong base in the Anglo Indian education, made him an apparent moderate leader, in reality a stooge of the British imperialists. For his services, he was not only bestowed with the Khan Bahadur, but also was awarded the British knighthood, by King George the Vth.

However, the Indian in this political revolutionary, an equivalent of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was never suppressed. Once he became the Premier of Sindh, his patriotism came out, which infuriated the quisling members of the Muslim League. Owing to his popularity, Allah Bux Soomro had a sizeable support in the Muslim majority provinces of British India, as well as that of Hindus. Unlike the pseudo seculars of today, his vision was that of a United India, where heritage and culture belonged to Hindus and Muslims alike. Probably, Allah Bux Soomro knew what Akhand Bharat actually meant. In fact, his respect for the freedom fighters can be derived from the fact, that he overturned the decision of revolutionary Obeidullah Sindhi’s exile, during his premiership and allowed him to come back to India.

However, his nationalist stance was an obstacle in Jinnah’s road to Pakistan. In fact, his support for secularism in the Manzilgah controversy, where Muslim League anarchists forcefully wished to occupy the Manzilgah premises, and destroy the Saadha Belo temple, drew the ire of both the Muslim League, and the Indian National Congress. In fact, Jawahar Lal Nehru allegedly hated Allah Bux’s influence among the Sindh community. Conspiring against this revolutionary, both Muslim League and Congress passed the No Confidence Motion against him, and forced him to resign. Soomro was appointed the member of National Defence Council, following his dismissal.

However, no sooner had the Quit India Movement commenced in 1942, than Allah Bux Soomro realized that it is time to mobilize the Sindh and other provinces for the One Nation Theory, opposing Jinnah’s demand for Pakistan.

He resigned from the Premiership of Sindh, and gave away his Khan Bahadur title and knighthood as well. He also resigned as the member of National Defence Council. The stage was set for a cultural movement.

Unfortunately, Allah Bux’s movement was cut short, tragically, when four men brutally murdered him on 14th May 1943, while he was traveling on a tonga in Shikarpur, his native town. The case is not yet solved till today, but many a theorist still attribute the murder to be the alleged brainchild of the Muslim League as well as the Congress.

With Allah Bux’s death, the movement of One Nation Theory lost its momentum, and the lust for power prevailed. What was one for lakhs of years was broken into two on 15th August 1947 that is our beloved India. Today, most of us even don’t know this man’s name. However, once I knew of this man, it is my duty to bring this Indian’s tale to the folklore. Allah Bux Soomro is India’s forgotten hero, just like Surjya Sen and other revolutionaries, and he deserves his due. He deserves our RESPECT!

No more medicine for pensioners? Why why we worked our arse off and voted for BN time and time again

My Comments -Civil servants work all their working life in the government service but pittance and when retired and need help, they are just disregarded as trash. Go on voting for the BN government election after election with sweet promises that are never kept and this is what you get when you are too trusting and left to fend for yourselves . would not be surprised , the government may delay or just stop paying pensions. Only time will tell what the Government cat drags the next thing in . Who to blame for only yourselves. Maybe I am cruel in saying this but it is the Gospel truth

Pensioners have no clue why JPA cancelled the contract with Oratis, the company that had been supplying the medicine to them throughout the country since 2012.

By P Ramakrishnan

Pensioners were hit with a thunder-bolt with the sudden announcement that no more medicine will be supplied for them by Oratis Services Sdn Bhd, the JPA-appointed company. Oratis had been supplying the medicine to all pensioners throughout the country since 2012.

According to a friend in Ipoh, when his wife went to the general hospital on 27 February to apply for Suplasyn, (Sterile Sodium Hyaluronate) for treatment for her painful knee problem, she was told that that the hospital had received instructions not to prescribe this and other medicines as from 28 February. This treatment was available for all pensioners for many years.

I’m told by a pharmacy in Penang that they received this notification from Oratis vide email on 27 February at 3.00 pm instructing them not to issue any more medicine to pensioners from February 28 onwards as was the case prior to this email. Strangely, they were given less than 24 hours’ notice to stop supplying medicine to pensioners.

Why such urgency? Why this sudden turn of events? What is the problem? Don’t pensioners deserve to know? Aren’t they entitled to this information?

To make matters worse, pensioners have not been told how they are going to have access to their much-needed medicine from now onwards. What does a cardiac patient on blood thinners do now? Is there an alternate source for him to acquire his monthly supply of life-saving medicine? Is there an alternate system in place to replace Oratis?

We are in the dark.

Before Oratis, the company supplying the medicine, came into the picture, pensioners collected their supply of medicine from the hospital pharmacy. When any medicine was not available from the hospital pharmacy, and if this medicine was deemed necessary for the patient, the specialist would recommend that this medicine be bought outside and paid for by the patient who could subsequently claim the cost of medicine from the Public Services Commission (JPA)

This system worked very well for all concerned for a long time.

Then in 2012, the JPA introduced this new system by appointing Oratis to provide the medicine that were not available at the government hospitals. At the initial stages, we had to fax the prescription to Oratis in KL who would then call us to confirm that they had received the prescription and inform us that the medicine would be sent to us by PosLaju which was done subsequently.

Later, pharmacies were required to register with Oratis which simplified matters. All that the pensioner had to do was to present to the pharmacy the authorised form signed by the specialist together with the prescription and collect the medicine. It made things easier for pensioners.

By transferring the supply line to Oratis, it added to the cost and made healthcare expensive. The administrative cost of Oratis has to be paid for but who pays for it? When pharmacies sell their medicine, medical tools and devices to Oratis their profit margin is included to the cost. When Oratis supplies this medicine to pensioners, I’m told, that Oratis adds another 17% profit margin on top of that. You can imagine how much more JPA ends up paying Oratis for the supply of medicine!

We have no clue why JPA cancelled the contract with Oratis. Was there a falling out with certain personalities? Or is there a new company in the offing to take over this medical business from Oratis and reap a huge profit?

It is difficult to fathom government policies. But pensioners need to know soon where their supply of medicine will come from. Can we be enlightened, please?

CANADIAN MAYOR REFUSES TO REMOVE PORK FROM SCHOOL CANTEEN MENU* and EXPLAINS WHY

Comments -When in Rome do like the Romans or get out. Do not go to somebody's home and demand things as if it is your own home. If not happy go home to your own home where you can be King and Queen. The key is if it is hot get out out and do not bother coming back

Muslim parents demanded the abolition of pork in all the school canteens of a Montreal suburb. The mayor of the Montreal suburb of Dorval has refused, and the town-clerk sent a note to all parents to explain why. Here's that note:

“Muslims must understand that they have to adapt to Canada and Quebec, its customs, its traditions, its way of life, because that's where they chose to immigrate.

“They must understand that they have to integrate and learn to live in Quebec.

“They must understand that it is for them to change their lifestyle, not the Canadians who so generously welcomed them.

“They must understand that Canadians are neither racist nor xenophobic, they accepted many immigrants before Muslims (whereas the reverse is not true, in that Muslim states do not accept non-Muslim immigrants).

“That no more than other nations, Canadians are not willing to give up their identity, their culture.

“And if Canada is a land of welcome, it's not the Mayor of Dorval who welcomes foreigners, but the Canadian-Quebecois people as a whole.

“Finally, they must understand that in Canada (Quebec) with its Judeo-Christian roots, Christmas trees, churches and religious festivals, religion must remain in the private domain.
The municipality of Dorval was right to refuse any concessions to Islam and Sharia.

“For Muslims who disagree with secularism and do not feel comfortable in Canada, there are 57 beautiful Muslim countries in the world, most of them under-populated and ready to receive them with open halal arms in accordance with Sharia.

“If you left your country for Canada, and not for other Muslim countries, it is because you have considered that life is better in Canada than elsewhere.

“Ask yourself the question, just once, “Why is it better here in Canada than where you come from?” 'A canteen with pork' is part of the answer

Getting rid or reducimg Foreign Labour in Malaysia

Government must take below steps to make foreign labour expensive in Malaysia

1.       Increase levy to 25% of annual foreign worker wages

2.       Income tax on foreign worker to be paid by employer and make taxable income minimum RM 10,000 annual wages

3.      Force employers to contribute EPF for foreign workers

4.       Annual air ticket back to home country and back to Malaysia

5.      Free accommodation

6.      Free transport home to work to home to work

7.     Minimum 1 month bonus

8.     Medical insurance
Annual leave

9.     If worker is married, than worker is given family status with education for children paid by employer.

10.  Termination benefits

11.  Gratuity

Why because our local workers will gain when foreign labour gets expensive and anyhow the employers still make profits or will not be doing business. Malaysian business need to shift mode to less labour intensive jobs and more on skilled jobs as we have a pool of unemployed graduates in every imaginable fields. The days of labour intensive industries are past tense for Malaysia because manufacturing facilities using unskilled and semi skill labour moving off to cheaper countries in South East Asia.

There is are no poor businessmen but only rich ones and why else are they in business if the businesses don’t make money

The government need the political will to change the labour policy or else Malaysia is going to be going downhill and end up like a basket case waiting for handouts

AG's wife caught in Housing scandal

Somebody sent this on my Whatsapp group and good read on What LKS have to say about the scandal involving AG'swife

Read below

High five to Lim Kit Siang for audaciously exposed the misconduct of Dahlan (then Minister of Urban Wellbeing Housing and Local Government) who abused his power, as well as the wife of Apandi, the AG who faked her position as the director of a con contractor!!!

Quote:
The Kuala Lumpur High Court yesterday set aside the order by the then Urban Wellbeing Housing and Local Government Minister to give a 12-month extension to a developer, BHL Construction Sdn. Bhd., to complete its condominium project in Jalan Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.

Justice Hanipah Farikullah, who allowed the judicial review application by 104 house buyers, said the minister’s decision to rely on a regulation to allow the extension was against the Housing Development (Control & Licensing) Act.

BHL Construction Sdn Bhd was involved in the construction of a condominium in Jalan Kuchai Lama in Kuala Lumpur where 104 plaintiffs had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with them.

One of the conditions of the agreement required that the developer hand over vacant possession within 36 months or be liable to pay a penalty for late delivery to the buyers.

The developer failed to complete and hand over the units to the 104 purchasers and wrote to the Controller of Housing under the ministry for an extension of time. The appeal was rejected.

The developer then appealed to the Housing Minister at the time, Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan who, on November 17, 2015, allowed an extension of 12 months.

That decision would have allowed the developer to hand over vacant possession to the buyers from 36 months to 48 months.

Aggrieved, the purchasers sought legal remedy in the courts last year.

I fully agree with the National House Buyers Association secretary-general Chang Kim Loong, who said the rights and entitlement to compensation could not be taken away by the Controller of Housing or the minister with a stroke of a pen.

Parties are bound by the terms of the contract and any modification or variation of the agreement will require the consent of purchasers.
There are several serious issues in this case.

The person who wrote to the then Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan seeking a 12-month extension, was the wife of the Attorney-General, Faridah Begum binti K.A.Abdul Kader, who misrepresented herself as Director of BHL.

A check with the Registrar of Companies showed she was not a director of BhL Construction Sdn. Bhd.

Three serious conflict-of-interest questions arise here:

Firstly, how is the Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohd Appandi Ali going to give consent to prosecute his wife for making false representation and false claim as a director of BHL Construction Sdn. Bhd in an appeal letter to the then Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government to abuse his power, when she was not a director of BHL Construction Sdn. Bhd.

Secondly, she has written a letter to the then Minister of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government giving a frivolous reason in the application for the extension. By virtue of the Minister’s approval, housebuyers were not able to get compensation for late delivery of their homes. The total amount runs into millions.

Why did Abdul Rahman succumbed to such frivolous reasons to abuse his Ministerial powers – or was it just because the letter was written by the wife of the Attorney-General?

Abdul Rahman Dahlan is duty-bound to state how many Ministerial decisions had he made during his short stint as Housing Minister illegally giving developers extension for completion of their housing projects, in violation of sale-and-purchase agreement concluded with house buyers.

The Minister’s decision has now been quashed by the Kuala Lumpur court. How could the minister give extensions based on such frivolous reasons such as stop-work-orders. Such orders were given because the developer breached the laws and inconvenienced the neighbourhood.

Although Abdul Rahman Dahlan has shifted to another Ministry, he is duty bound to explain and justify his Ministerial decision to give a 12-month extension in November 2015 – and to vindicate in the court of public opinion whether there is any ground for such a decision or whether it was completely arbitrary, namely the applicant was sent by Faridah Begum, the wife of the Attorney-General.

While it is not legally wrong for the Attorney-General’s wife to be gainfully employed, the last thing she should be engaged in is to make false representation and to make false claims to enable a Minister to arbitrarily abuse his powers.

There is a third question. Hypothetically, how can Appandi be expected to give consent to prosecute developers when his wife is a “lobbyist” of sorts for developers?

Both Apandi Ali and Abdul Rahman Dahlan should explain themselves.

New Malaysian citizens recruiting Indonesians - Listen to what the maid is saying in this video

New Malaysian citizens recruit Indonesia - Thank is what the maid is saying in this video and hope this is not true and is somebody's sick joke. already have too many of the Indonesians here in Malaysia , that we now need gate security for the places we live and with more of them , then where we live will be like prisons. Just watch video how the maid is telling about the how these recruiters operate and recruit Indonesians to come to Malaysia on the pretext to become Malaysians. Maybe it is a con job by these Malaysians to make money from the Indonesians but the maid saying that the Malaysians are giving money and I.C’s.

First had the waves of Indonesians coming to Malaysia during Razak and Mahathir time to take advantage of NEP as easy to declare you are Malay by declaring I speak Malay, a Muslim, wear a sarong and will vote UMNO. Then came the Suluks from Philippines courtesy of operation IC , to change the voting base in Sabah again declare themselves Malay by been a Muslim speak Malay wear a sarong , then came the Banglas and Rohingyas during Mahathir’s Badawi’s and Najib time , again to be a Malay , be a Muslim speak ( Banglas can learn learners) and wear a Sarong  ( Same as lungi the Banglas and Rohingyas wear in their country )

How to get them coming to Malaysia is easy , destabilize where they stay and they will be refugees. Same happen in Southern Thailand, Aceh, and Southern Thailand and all we run to a safe haven which was Malaysia land of milk and honey.

Read below what is a Sarong and the key to been a Malay and for these Indons , Banglas , Rohingyas , Southern Thais , Suluks and yes also the Somalians , Nigerians and so on a Passport to become Malaysians

Not fair but that is how the dumbskulls in Malysia operate
