NEWS[BREAKING NEWS] Parts Of Klang’s Centro Mall Roof Caved In On 62 People Today!!!

Comments – Just tip of iceberg – More will fail and collapse over the years as renegade Developers and builders cut corners to make maximum profits. I would not but a condo or an office in a high rise building. Not in Malaysia as I don’t want to die early. Lack of enforcement and careless attitude by the enforcement agencies

A building block of Klang’s Centro Mall that was under renovation had trapped 62 people in it when parts of the roofing suddenly came crashing down earlier today (Tuesday, March 14).

It was reported that the ceiling piece, measuring 200×100 square feet had fallen down at around 10.45 in the morning. A total of 20 firemen and 3 fire engines (each from Shah Alam, Sungai Pinang and Kota Raja fire stations) were deployed hurriedly to the scene. 5 ambulances were also rushed to the site and a medical base was on standby to treat those that were severely injured.

Thankfully, all the 62 victims were safely evacuated and firemen cleaned up the mess to rule out the possibility of more people caught in it. Tracking dogs were also seen on the site.

Officials and related parties are still investigating the cause of the incident.

‘KILLING FIELDS’ FOR CHRISTIANS? IN MALAYSIA, ANOTHER PASTOR JOSHUA HILMY GOES MISSING AMID FEARS OF EXTREMIST MUSLIM VIGILANTISM

Comments – What is the Hell is happening to the Malaysia. A tolerant society torn apart for someone’s political agenda.

Police have hit a brick wall in their investigations into the alleged disappearance of another pastor, Joshua Hilmy and his wife.
“We have already interviewed the complainant, and the problem is the complainant cannot give us any information about them.

“He (the complainant) doesn’t know the car plate number or their address, something that would give us a head start,” Petaling Jaya police chief Mohd Zani Che Din told Malaysiakini.
Malaysiakini had sighted a police report lodged on March 6 by someone claiming to be close friends with Joshua and his wife about their alleged disappearance.
He claimed there was a huge likelihood that the pastor and his wife had been missing since November last year as he had not communicated with them since then.
“This is not normal because we often keep in touch and contact each other at least a few times every month.
“Since November 2016, he hasn’t contacted me and my attempts to contact him have failed until today.
“For these reasons, I believe that he and his wife are missing and I am very worried about their safety,” the report read.
When contacted, the man confirmed with Malaysiakini that he had indeed lodged the report.

Mohd Zani said that without basic information about the couple, they cannot track down where they live and confirm their disappearance.
“When you contacted me (earlier), I called the investigating officer who called the complainant to ask him again about these information but still nothing,” he said.
Another pastor, Raymond Koh also went missing recently and his disappearance has been classified as kidnapping after a CCTV video clip of the incident went viral.
The police are still investigating his kidnapping.

A Female Driver Drove On The Opposite Side Of A Highway Causing Multiple Crashes And Killed A Man!!!
One was killed and 5 others were injured in a huge accident after a Chinese woman drove on the opposite lane of Permatang Pauh highway!

The accident involved 4 cars, 1 van and 1 motorcyclist at kilometer 134 of the North-South Highway heading towards Sungai Dua this morning. The incident was reported to have happened around 7.50am.

The reckless driver that was driving a blue Proton Gen2 in the opposite direction from Sungai Dua heading towards Butterworth was said to have hit her first victim, a 26-year-old man that was driving a white Perodua Kelisa.

Due to the big impact, the Kelisa that swayed to the left side of the road, hit a male motorcyclist and knocked him off the bike. At the same time, the Gen2 had lost control, spinned around and crashed into 2 other cars and a factory van.

Unfortunately, the 26-year-old man known as Mohamad Fandi Rosli was announced dead on the spot due to the severe injuries that he had sustained. His body was taken to the Seberang Jaya Hospital for post-mortem

The rest of the victims were reported to have only sustained minor injuries. The female driver that caused this mess was detained by the police and is also receiving medical attention at the Bukit Mertajam Hospital.
Police are currently investigating the incident.
Why on earth was the lady driving on the other lane is yet to be discovered…but her recklessness has definitely caused a life of another!

BOMBSHELL – NAJIB & ROSMAH ESCAPE SCOT-FREE? U.S. TO DROP DOJ PROBE ON 1MDB AFTER TRUMP FIRES ACE ATTORNEY PREET BHARARA DESPITE HUGE CORRUPTION EVIDENCE ON MO1

There is concern in Kuala Lumpur that the United States Justice Department’s investigation into the state-owned 1Malaysia Development Bhd., which is ensnared in one of the world’s biggest financial scandals, could be stymied in the wake of the March 10 firing by President Donald Trump of the country’s 46 US attorneys.
The Trump administration announced it had ordered all Obama administration prosecutors to tender their resignations immediately, including Preet Bharara, the most aggressive of the US prosecutors, who said he had met with Trump in November, telling reporters that both Trump and Jeff Sessions, now the Attorney General, had asked him about staying on, which Bharara said he would do, according to the New York Times.

“We fear Najib has Trumped us,” said a member of the political opposition in Kuala Lumpur. “Bharara’s firing has discouraged all the reformers in KL. They think the 1MDB investigation will die.”
TRUMP’S TIES WITH GOLDMAN’S GARY COHN & MALAY TYCOON SYED AZMAN
That may be too pessimistic. Nonetheless, the concerns over the departure of federal attorneys handling the 1MDB case were compounded by the fact that the case also involves an investigation into the activities of the investment bank Goldman Sachs and its role in underwriting and steering US$6.5 billion in bond sales for 1MDB. Gary Cohn, the current president and chief operating officer of Goldman, has been appointed the head of Trump’s Council of Economic Advisors.
In addition, Trump himself called Prime Minister Najib in the middle of the night in mid-November for an amicable conversation at the behest of businessman Syed Azman of Weststar Group, a sprawling Malaysia-based conglomerate with interests in cars, aviation, construction, defense and engineering. Azman’s 40 helicopters shuttle people and goods to offshore oil platforms.
Azman, according to sources in Kuala Lumpur, knows Trump relatively well and plays golf with the president, a real estate tycoon before his election. Some years ago Azman bought two of Trump’s ornate branded jets for use by his own businesses. During the presidential campaign, he re-loaned one of the jets back for use by Trump’s aides. It was repainted in the Trump livery and used during the campaign, a source in Kuala Lumpur told Asia Sentinel.
According to details of the conversation by Najib’s wife Rosmah Mansor, Trump, also asked Najib when the latter planned to visit the US, to which the prime minister replied, “Wait until you settle in and I will come. I would like to discuss a few things with you.”
The US Justice Department last July announced a sweeping investigation into the activities of 1MDB, with US Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch alleging “an international conspiracy to launder funds misappropriated from a Malaysian sovereign wealth fund.”
Although he is identified only as “Malaysian Public Official No. 1,” it was clear that Najib was the target of what Lynch called “the largest single action ever brought” under the US’s Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative.
The US Justice Department investigation is a damning indictment of the entire structure surrounding 1MDB.  It found that from 2009 through 2015, more than US$3.5 billion in funds belonging to 1MDB were misappropriated from an entity ostensibly created by the Malaysian government to promote economic development in Malaysia through global partnerships and foreign direct investment, and intended to be used for improving the well-being of the Malaysian people.
PREET BHARARA FACTOR

Despite the allegations, Najib appears to be secure in his job as premier, which he assumed in 2009. In fact, he believed to be solid enough to call a snap election prior to the deadline required for national elections in April of 2018.
Goldman Sachs came into the picture in July last year with the allegations that billions of dollars were diverted from 1MDB for personal use by Public Official No. 1, his stepson and others.  It was Goldman that helped 1MDB raise US$6.5 billion in three bond sales   to invest in energy projects and real estate. Goldman earned nearly US$600 million to underwrite the sale of the bonds. The lawsuits alleged investors weren’t properly informed about the use and nature of the bonds and that the offering circulars for two of the bonds issued in 2012 allegedly contained “material misrepresentations and omissions” over what the proceeds of the bonds would be used for and the nature of the relationship between 1MDB and International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC), an entity owned by the Abu Dhabi government.
Goldman has denied all wrongdoing, saying it had no visibility into whether some of the funds were subsequently diverted into things like the purchase of expensive art work and the funding of the blockbuster movie Wolf of Wall Street, produced by Najib’s stepson and others.
Nonetheless, Tim Leissner, once Goldman’s star banker in Southeast Asia, stepped down from his position last March, either voluntarily or because he was suspended, as investigations widened in Singapore, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, France and other countries in addition to the US.
There is no indication that the investigations into 1MDB and Goldman have been stopped.  Justice department officials in New York and Los Angeles are said to be continuing to search for additional assets connected to 1MDB and the Najib family to sequester under the kleptocracy statute. In addition, all presidents have had the authority to dismiss regional US attorneys, who are political appointees and serve at the pleasure of the president.
Bharara, who rules over Manhattan, was appointed in 2009 by President Obama. He has earned a reputation as an aggressive prosecutor who has taken on a wide range of white-collar crimes and won a flock of convictions.

Is a Bank Director linked to organised crime, international money laundering? and are they protected by the federal agencies

Comments – This UMNO cyber trooper ( Another Brick in the Wall )reasoning even a 2 year old kid can see the spin and the lies in it. The Police and Bomba officers are all from the Federal Agency controlled by the Federal government in Putrajaya and not controlled by the Selangor state Government. So why harp on the state government when the rot is at federal level and conspiring with corrupted policemen and Bomba people.

Read below the stupidly of the UMNO Cyber trooper trying his best to deflect the blame from federal to state government

Is a Bank Director linked to organised crime, international money laundering?

Yesterday, MACC striked again.

This time it is 12 enforcement officials into Azmin-territory in Selangor for corruption involving massage parlours. The arrested officials are policemen, local council, dan bomba including two police inspectors.

[For an inkling on how bomba can be corrupted and cause trouble to the system, read
here].

The Mole reported
here that:

"The suspects were believed to have received between RM300 and RM10,000 for every massage parlour. The agency also seized RM25,000 from the home and office of one of the inspectors."
It could be part of the reaction to allegation protection were given to Along Taman that beat up on an innocent lorry driver.

However, the latest raids and the one on Tan Sris and Dato Seri seem to indicate the current wave by enforcement officials is to pursue organised crime and big time money laundering operations.

It can be suspiciously spin as political but there is nothing political.

Eradication of corruption serve to clean-up government, be it BN-led or opposition-led at state level. So let's not politicise corruption and collusion with criminals

Rebooting the Malay mind - How can CPU + Hard Drive ( Brain ) 50 years too old

Comments – I think not only need rebooting the Brain but also need new software or a serious upgrade of the present software installed since 1970 which over the years have self-mutilated and got so corrupted. If this upgrade is not done the Malaysia are beyond redemption and only start of the reverse evolution and even Darwin will be amazed.

New Software need new hardware and seriously the hardware have gone under reverse engineering and the Hard drive (Brain) have shrunk in the processing power and storage capacity. So a simple upgrade of present software and deletion of some unnecessary files which are not relevant know can be a stopgap measures for now until a permanent upgrade of software acceptable and can work with the present CPU processing speed and storage capacity. Present CPU processing speed is 50 years too late and the storage capacity of the hard drive is only 5 to 10 MB. Need serious simple solutions and which will not shut down the Hard drive (Brain) when in use?

Rebooting the Malay mind
Filed under: Politics — Hornbill Unleashed @ 8:02 AM
Before the opposition can hope to win over Malay voters, both rural and urban, the Malays have to work on themselves. How? Just reboot the Malay mind.
After 60 years of Umno and Umno Baru, the Malay mind has been hijacked and rendered helpless. PAS plays a supporting role in further incapacitating the Malay mind, and drive home its brand of religious indoctrination.

Najib Abdul Razak and his seeming ‘running mate’, Abdul Hadi Awang the PAS president, claim that their parties are the only ones capable of “defending Islam and protecting the Malays”.
The irony of this statement eludes many Malays. Umno Baru has been in power for several decades, but has failed to make major improvements for Malays. Obviously the country also needs a reboot.
The Malay who drives a Porsche is afraid to handle a paint brush with pig bristles because it may corrupt his soul. On the other hand, an organ transplant from a non-Muslim donor is rendered halal in the Malay body. Has the Malay mind considered this amazing anomaly?
The Malays benefit most from the affirmative action policies of this government, and yet many Malays are poor.
Many scholarships are given to Malays, and yet Malay graduates are mostly unemployed.
Planning permission is readily granted for mosques and Malays have no problems with housing applications or business approvals, yet they still moan about being ignored.
This is why the Malay mind needs a reboot. When you have a problem with your computer, a geek will probably tell you to reboot it. It may sound trivial, but rebooting can solve many computer problems and make it perform better.
The Malays are not dumb. Social media is probably their preferred medium of communication and instruction. Various incentives are available for Malays to purchase smartphones, so the government is easily able to gather statistics about their social preferences and target them with propaganda.
Malays realise that corruption is damaging, but the brainwashing by Umno Baru has dulled their senses.
The Malay knows it is wrong to steal, and if he were the victim of theft, he would demand that the thief be punished and his possessions returned.
Sometimes one wonders why many Malays have wasted a good education and exposure to western democracies.
A thirty-something Malay professional, a graduate from an American university, who earns around RM10,000 per month in a multinational firm in Kuala Lumpur, was asked if she was ready to vote in GE14.
She claimed she wanted change, that she was fed-up with the government and was worried about rising prices, violent crime and corruption.
I pressed her further, “Have you registered to vote?”
She said, “No. What’s the point of voting? Will the opposition look after the interests of the Malays?”
I replied, “So, you have no issues with 1MDB and the RM2.6 billion donation scandal? No issues about the leader’s role?”
She was silent.
Shedding unfounded fear
Can the hijacked Malay mind shed its unfounded fear of non-Malays? Or its deeply entrenched views on feudalism and subservience?
When the Sultan of Johor warned Malays not to ape the Arabs, many Malays agreed with him. When I said more or less the same thing, Malay readers claimed I was insulting Islam.
When I wrote about the tudung being used as a tool to control Malay women, I was told that I was ignorant about Islam and that the Quran says it is a prerequisite for Muslim women. It is not, despite the erroneous beliefs of many Malays. This is just propaganda promulgated by the bigots.
When I mentioned that my grandmother and her generation merely wore the selendang (scarf) and yet were faithful Muslims who observed the five pillars of Islam, my critics insulted the older generation and claimed that these old people were ignorant and stupid.
Perhaps, the younger Muslim generation had not heard of the Golden Age of Islam, when artists and scholars from various disciplines exchanged ideas with people of other cultures in the universal pursuit of knowledge.
My articles ‘The Malay denial’ and ‘Are Saudis better than Malays?’ invited much criticism from Malays who professed to be “open-minded”.
They considered my views abhorrent and that I had denigrated the Malays and Islam.
Are they really open-minded? What is their definition of being open minded?
Are they sufficiently open minded to allow Malays the freedom of religion, something which is enshrined in the constitution and the Quran?
Are they so open-minded that they can treat non-Malay as equals?
Does their open-mindedness extend to making religion a personal issue and not a national obsession?
The Malays who work and live in the west have been removed from the Umno Baru tempurung and transplanted into an environment with healthy competition, where they must interact with people of other cultures and faiths.
They flourish.
Are Malays ready to reboot and embrace this freedom and achieve greater heights?

They dream of paradise
They dream their lives will be sinless
They are brain-washed inside out
They will lose their lives

They aren't going to paradise
They shouldn't dream of virgin brides
They will fall instead into the dark pit
In the bosom of the lake of fire!

Wait a minute and think
Why the leaders never go?
Why don't they want the virgin brides?

The answer my friends

They can't enjoy the ill-gotten rights
They will burn so they find time for salvation!

You Can’t Have Dogs In This Local Area Until Your Neighbours Agree and what about the Cats

The Batu Gajah District Council (MDBG) has become the first in Perak to require dog owners to seek consent from their neighbors if they want a dog license.
It is now running a trial on this, covering residents who want to get a pet dog for the first time.

“This is to ensure better management of the pets and to ensure there are fewer complaints from the people,” said council president Nurdiana Puaadi, adding that the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council had a similar requirement which had been proven to be successful.
Nurdiana cited cases of a household keeping three dogs but only one was licensed, adding that the MDBG had received numerous complaints about dogs that barked non-stop.
“Once the neighbors give their approval, they cannot complain to us,” said Nurdiana, adding existing dog owners should also get their neighbors’ approval.
“This will also help keep stray dog problems in check,” she said.
The application form states that residents staying at terrace lots need the consent from neighbors from both sides.

Those staying in bungalows, semi-detached and cluster homes need the agreement from neighbors on both sides and at the back. Owners also need to put up a sign to show that they have a dog.

The types of dogs not allowed to be kept include Akita, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull and Staffordshire bull terrier.
Rottweilers are allowed but owners need to produce health reports from the Veterinary Services Department for new applications. Those who have been keeping Rottweilers can renew the license until the pet dies.
It also states that those living in bungalows, semi-detached or terrace corner lots can keep a maximum of two dogs, while residents in terrace end lots and terrace intermediate lots can only keep one.
Other stipulations include urging owners to keep their dogs clean and healthy and to ensure pets do not disturb neighbors with incessant barking.
Owners must also ensure their dogs do not roam unsupervised and must be muzzled and leashed when they are out. Dogs three years or older found without a license can be impounded and put down.
Owners can also be fined a maximum of RM2, 000 or jailed not more than a year or both if found guilty under any provisions of the Dog Licensing and Dog Breeding House By-laws.

Ministry wants foreigners who buy property in M’sia to pay in US dollars

Comments – Reverse evolution taking place and where else in Malaysia. Maybe that is the quality of Ministers we have in the Government. Recommended next minister of Ali Baba’s treasury.

Why this happen to us in Malaysia and why are we only blessed with fools. So now USD is a legal tender in Malaysia and soon will replace the Ringgit

Noh Omar says the proposal was aimed at protecting the interest of the local house buyers, as well as to control property ownership by foreigners
JELEBU: The Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT) will propose to the Cabinet to implement a mechanism which enables sales of houses to foreigners to be done in US dollars.
Minister Noh Omar said the proposal was aimed at protecting the interest of the local house buyers, as well as to control property ownership by foreigners.
As such, he said the proposal would only allow the foreigners to buy properties worth more than RM1 million in this country.
“Right now, foreigners who buy houses costing more than RM1 million do so in Malaysian Ringgit, but because the exchange rate of our currency changes quiet frequently, we recommend that the price is quoted in US dollars.
“We will propose this to the Cabinet for in-depth study,” he told reporters after a working visit to Simpang Pertang.
About a newspaper report that the Penang government was lowering the selling price of houses costing RM1 million to RM800,000, Noh said that if this were to happen, it conflicts with the policy of the federal government.
“I urge the state government to review the matter because it is against the policy of the federal government, which allows only houses priced at more than RM1 million can be sold to foreigners.
“If the price is less than that, the state government and the developer must obtain permission from the ministry (KPKT),” he said.
Earlier, Noh at a press conference also announced an allocation of RM3 million for the construction of seven small projects in Jelebu, including a community hall, hawker stalls and a bus station.
