North Korean Fiasco - Najib's Unbelievable Stupidity Continues

I  would assume that the proper practise would be along with recalling our own ambassador from North Korea, all Malaysians should have been asked to leave the psycho country first,  for their safety.  We all know that North Korea is in a mad state of affairs, led by a lunatic with a really stupid haircut.

Instead we kicked out the North Korean ambassador and now the North Koreans are holding about 11 Malaysians hostage.

This is stupidity at its extreme -  it is directly endangering the lives of Malaysians.  Now we are scrambling around, making phone calls to China trying to get help to release the Malaysians.

We have prevented all North Koreans here from leaving Malaysia but psycho North Korea does not  care.   After this thing is resolved, all the North Koreans here who return to their country may even be executed by firing squad - as traitors who embarrassed their country.  I think some of them will be asking for political asylum in Malaysia, they will not want to go home. Just wait and see. Theirs is a really mad country.

Why do we extend friendship to all the pariahs, all the riff raffs, all the terrorists and all the psychos in the world?   Why do we even have the North Korean embassy here in Kuala Lumpur.

The Americans wanted a "back channel" to discuss things secretly with the North Koreans, ok fine. Just ask them to rent rooms at Happy Weekend Hotel in Petaling Street.  Ask the Americans to pay. There is no need to allow the North Koreans an embassy here.

I have said this before and I will say it again  - so many terrorists, misfits, fugitives, riff raff and highly undesirable people are allowed into this country. North Koreans and now Zakir Naik. Here is something I received from an outfit called Global GE.

It sounds like they have been reading my Blog as wel:

1.  "Since the late 1960s and 1970s, many leaders of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) and the Pattani United Liberation Organization have lived openly in Malaysia.

2. The MNLF, for a short period, even had a training camp in Sabah in the early 1970s. Many other groups operating in Mindanao have links to Sabah and many of their leaders even carry Malaysian identity cards.

3.  Muslim separatists in Southern Thailand have always found sanctuary in the four northern Malay states.  It is not uncommon for some members of the Malay community in Pattani to hold a Malaysian identity card in addition to Thai citizenship.

In fact, one of the Pattani separatist leaders, who headed an outfit called Bersatu, was a lecturer at the International Islamic University in Gombak, Malaysia. When Wan Abdul Kadir Che Wan was exposed by the media in 2004, the university claimed they did not know his true identity. This was despite the fact that he was in regular contact with Malaysian security services who were acting as peace mediators in Southern Thailand.

4.  Since the 1990s the operational headquarters of the Free Aceh Movement (Gerakan Aceh Merdeka or GAM) was based in Kedah. In 2000, an Acehnese separatist leader, Teuku Don Zulfahri, was shot dead in Kuala Lumpur while having lunch.  (
My comments : He was shot dead somewhere in Ampang.)

The leadership moved back to Aceh after peace was established due to the new political environment created by the tsunami in December 2004. There are still family ties between the factions in Aceh and Malaysia.

5.  In more recent times, in the 1980s and 1990s, Abu Bakar Bashir, the spiritual head of Jemaah Islamiyah lived openly in Johor for 17 years after the Suharto regime went after him.

Bashir was not only a Malaysian permanent resident but he helped establish a religious school in Malaysia and hosted other Indonesian militants who were wanted by the Indonesian government.

From GE Global

My comments :  Kenapa lah bodoh sangat hulur tangan nak cuci bontot orang lain?

Abu Bakar Bashir is a terrorist mentor.  People who attended Abu Bakar Bashir's kuliah are now even wanted by Ayub Khan our Counter Terrorism expert in Bukit Aman. Bashir's students have all become terrorists. Abu Bakar Bashir himself is now inside prison.

Isnt this kerja bodoh bahalol - Brader Anwar gave Abu Bakar Bashir PR status - exactly how you are now giving Zakir Naik PR status.  One of the ISIS fellows who killed 20 people in Dhaka put on his Facebook that he followed Zakir Naik's speeches.

Brader Anwar also gave Nur Misuari  financial support and other backing. Now Nur  Misuari is part of  the black hand behind the Abu Sayyaf attacks  against Malaysia.

Kabilah DNA bahalol sungguh. Their stupidity seems just endless. It goes on and on.

Now we are at the mercy of China - to get our 11 Malaysians out of North Korea.

Bodoh bangang.

Silterra Interviewing Filipino Technicians (When Malaysians Are Unemployed)

I received this from someone.

Assalamualaikum:

You should write this in your column before it is too late.

Silterra is actively interviewing Filipino to be employed as technicians.
This is not because Malaysians are not capable - but to kill the recently unionised technicians.

About 6 months ago, 97% of the technicians in Silterra have voted to form a union due to their unhappiness with the management.

To weaken the union's position, Silterra management recently has (1) employed technicians based on yearly contract - this is a disaster as those technicians normally will leave Silterra after 6 to 9 months as they are not guaranteed a job at the end of their contract.

This also means you need to keep training technicians all the time.

To solve this issue, Silterra  is actively interviewing Filipinos for the technicians position with a view to offer them up to 3 years contracts.

Foreigners are NOT ALLOWED to join unions in Malaysia's semiconductor industry.

As a result .... siapa miskin dulu... anak-anak bangsa kita.

You need to expose this before it is too late.

GLCs should not employ foreigners at the technician level.

There are a lot more Malaysian out of job now .

My comments : I have a suggestion.  I am always full of suggestions.

Why dont Silterra employ those North Koreans who are being held hostage by the Malaysian gomen?  Isnt that a good idea?

Or why not you folks employ Zakir Naik's team members? We hear that Zakir Naik is here with his team members.

Why should you employ Malaysians as technicians? Let the Malaysians become Uber drivers. Those who are 'dara' can sell nasi lemak dara.

The problem here is the Khazanah morons do not know how to handle people and  how to handle real world issues.

That is why they like to invest in the stock market, the money market or take a passive roles as money investors.  The 'tak tahu niaga' category.

They do not know how to manage real things.

Zakir Naik to be charged for laundering 23 Million Rupees. India to confiscate his 37 properties.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India (like the FBI) and the Indian Enforcement Division or ED have issued notices for Zakir Naik to appear for investigations by March 14, 2017.

If he does not appear in Mumbai by March 14th, the NIA and the ED will seize his 23 million Rupees in his bank accounts and his 37 properties in India.

Here is the news from today's   Times of India  (March 8th, 2017) :

NIA summons Zakir Naik
ED questions his sister on money trail

NIA has asked Zakir Naik to appear on March 14.
case registered against him for spreading communal hatred
Meanwhile ED questioned his sister in money-laundering case

NEW DELHI/MUMBAI

(NIA) told Zakir Naik to join investigations
case against him for spreading communal hatred
inciting others through his speeches to commit terror

(ED) questioned his sister, Nailah Noorani
money-laundering case
called her again for investigation

Naik used NGO to bring unaccounted money
through accounts maintained by family members
Rupees 23 million remitted from Naik's overseas account
transferred to Noorani's account

NIA issued notice to Naik to appear on March 14 at NIA HQ here
notice received by his brother, Mohammad Abdul Karim Naik

examined 20 close associates
enough leads, want to question him

Naik away from country for 10 months
shown little inclination to face probe on Indian soil
signalled willingness to appear via video-conferencing
an option NIA rejected

if Naik does not appear March 14, summons reissued
no-show, he will be proclaimed offender
his 37 properties, worth millions may be attached

NIA said many properties have suspicious ownership
enough evidence of illegal money into Naik's ventures

particularly Harmony Media where he, wife directors
videos by Harmony Media incite others to commit terror
to confront Naik on purpose behind videos

My comments :  The Jewish-copycat from India is actually a fugitive, running away from the Indian authorities.

If he does not appear in Mumbai by March 14th,  the Indian authorities will confiscate his 23 million Rupees and the 37 properties owned by Zakir Naik and his affiliates in India.

If the Indian authorities confiscate all his properties, Zakir Naik may become bankrupt.

Unless UMNO, Ashraf Wajdi, Fathul Bari, Mufti Perlis, Jamil Khir, MB Terengganu and other friends of Zakir Naik   decide to give him 23 million Rupees and give him more islands and land to compensate for his loss.

If Zakir Naik does not appear before the NIA in Mumbai by March 14th he will become a fugitive.

Malaysia will become another 'kabilah DNA dangkal'  country that gives shelter to yet another criminal offender.

Sabelum Hadi Adios, RUU355 Sudah Adios ! UMNO Liwat Hadi Baguiiiihhhh !

I received this from somewhere.

AKTA 355 TIADA PUN DALAM JADUAL PARLIMEN  !  !  !

Kenyataan media oleh Azalina Othman Said,

MENJUNJUNG KASIH TUANKU

KUALA LUMPUR -  Saya selaku Menteri yang bertanggungjawab dalam hal ehwal Parlimen menjujung kasih diatas perkenan Tuanku merasmikan Persidangan Dewan Rakyat Penggal Kelima Parlimen ke-13.

v.    RUU Kebankrapan (Pindaan) 2016;

      2016; dan
vii. RUU Setem (Pindaan) 2016.

Saya ucapkan selamat bersidang kepada semua Ahli-Ahli Parlimen.

DATO’ SRI AZALINA OTHMAN SAID

Menteri Di Jabatan Perdana Menteri

6 Mac 2017.

Daulah Dangkal mengisytiharkan cuti umum 19 Februari.

Adios sajalah.

355 tiada dalam jadual pembentangan sesi kali ini.

(Sha__udinHusin 07/03/2017).

My comments :  I said the other day that UMNO will not allow this RUU355 beyond the first reading.  And UMNO has taken ownership over the RUU355.  Meaning if Azalina does not include it in the list, then RUU355 is dead.

From syedsoutsidethebox.blogspot.fr/ blog - Part 1 - The Majlis Keselamatan Negara Surely Reads My Blog

We have an outfit called the Majlis Keselamatan Negara or National Security Council.  The MKN is the grand daddy of the security apparatus in the country.

In theory nothing should get past them. Sadly this is not the case anymore.

Our country has a few 'intel' outfits. Other than the MKN there is the Research "Wing" at the PMO. They used to have an unlimited Budget.  Very highly secretive.  So secretive they may not know what they are doing.  (Thats a joke ok). They must be working late into the night now.  Kimchi is ulam masam lah, sometime buried in the ground inside jars during winter time to "cure".

Then there is MI or Military Intel. Less said the better.

The biggest "intelligence" outfit is of course the Special Branch or SB.  Until now the SB is top notch - world class.

Of course that hand grenade attack 'slipped through' in Puchong.  But they say they stopped a massive car bomb attack by four Yemenis during the recent Saudi king's visit. Imagine if that had 'slipped through'.

The intel people sing whatever tune they are given.  If the bosses tell them 'Cucumbers are bad for Malaysian security"  they will repeat 'Cucumbers are bad for Malaysian security"  They follow orders.

I think over the years their independent thinking has shrunken substantially.  Wait for Part 2.

Once in a while they do say things that are sensible. But unfortunately they speak to people who may not have sense.

Here is an example. Here is a clip from the Majlis Keselamatan Negara's website (which will most likely be removed after this)  dated July 2016 where the MKN has recommended that the gomen impose VISA requirements on travellers from "conflict prone areas" in the Middle East.

·                     Militan: MKN cadang perkenal penggunaan visa kepada negara Timur Tengah
·                     9 Julai - (MKN) cadang kerajaan kenalkan visa untuk rakyat Timur Tengah
·                     Setiausaha MKN Alias Ahmad kata . . " .. mengenakan visa kepada negara yang terlibat (dengan) pergolakan, ataupun negara-negara yang kita kenal pasti sumber datangnya aktiviti kumpulan militan Daesh.
·                     Kalau mereka bebas masuk tanpa pemantauan susah kita jejak mereka
·                     BERNAMA

(Err.. for those 'dont-know-why-I hate-Trump' type Malaysians, this is exactly, exactly what Donald Trump has said and done.)  Its called protecting your national security.

At least on this matter our Majlis Keselamatan Negara feels the same way (as I do) - the Middle East exports trouble.

Err...just like you folks I dont have any problems with the 2 millions Indons, the 2 million Banglas or the half million Nepalis in the country.  We just love them dont we ?

The Myanmars (Buddhist), Muslim Rohingyas,  the Central Asians, the Uighurs, the Afghans, Pakistanis, Iranians, Nigerians, Colombians, the north Indians err ..  we have to talk.  "Conflict prone"  people.

Anyway back to the MKN,  quite obviously their advice to the gomen to impose visas on Middle Easterners  has not been heeded.

Not only can the Middle East people come here without visas, but they can stay here almost permanently.  They run businesses (usually restaurants - all the mendi rice, mendi chicken, mendi kambing tastes alike lah.)    Many of them live well without any obvious source of income. Maybe they are independently wealthy.

So the gomen does not listen to the MKN's advice. Gomen policy allows the  trouble causers to come into the country by the planeloads - no need for visas.

Then they expect the Special Branch and the Police to sniff out, chase after and thwart all these trouble causers.

The most urgent skill set for the Civil Service now is "How to handle dumb bosses".

There will be a Part 2 - I think.

Politicising religion is bad for unity, says Mujahid

Brother Mujahid , very true and you have spoken what all good Malaysian have known about the dirty religious politics the BN is playing

Without naming PAS, the Amanah MP slams certain parties for championing Islamic law while declaring their detractors as infidels
KUALA LUMPUR: Mujahid Yusof Rawa (Parit Buntar-Amanah) has hit out at certain parties for championing Islamic law while declaring their detractors as infidels and hypocrites.
“The implementation of shariah is used for political leverage while at the same time declare others as infidels and hypocrites even though it is a legislative issue,” said Mujahid without naming PAS.
He said this while debating the motion thanks for the royal address in the Dewan Rakyat.
At the last parliament sitting, Hadi Awang (Marang-PAS) moved a motion to table a private member’s bill to amend the Shariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act 1965, known as RUU 355, to raise the punishments under shariah law.
Hadi proposed the punishments be raised to 30 years’ jail, RM100,000 fine and 100 lashes of the cane.
“The people who brought the shariah are ill-mannered. As long as people ride on race and religion, it is bad for unity,” Mujahid said.
Mujahid also alluded that PJ-based Pastor Raymond Koh was probably abducted due to allegations that he had caused Malay Muslims to become apostates.

“The whereabouts of Pastor Koh remain unknown. The Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar said it may be due to personal reasons, extremists or kidnap for ransom.
“There are allegations that he proselytised Malay Muslims.
“If it is true charge him in court. Christians are worried that the abduction took place because of this allegation,” he said.
Takiyuddin Hasan (Kota Bharu-PAS) intervened to ask whether Mujahid agreed that there were attempts to make Muslims apostates.

“I don’t agree with apostasy. If there are, take action,” Mujahid said.

‘Get rid of GST as subsidy removal has led to big savings’

Yes where is the promise of reducing personal income tax once GST is implements

Read here more Get rid of GST as subsidy removal has led to big savings

Below news from 2015 and what governments have said did not happen. Maybe Government of Najib son Razak have forgotten their promise but I have not and the rakyat have not.  Hope the PH makes it an election issue as it is about money the rakyat can better make use of then paying for PM’s family’s shopping and holidays

Lower income tax under Goods and Services Tax

TAXPAYERS can expect a reduction of between one and three percentage points in personal income tax rate for the 2015 assessment once the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is introduced on April 1 next year.
The highest taxable income band will be raised from RM100,000 to RM400,000 for the 2015 year of assessment with the maximum income rate of 26% cut to 24%, 24.5% and 25%.
The Government will also be giving a one-off RM300 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) cash rebate to households with a monthly income of below RM4,000 once the GST is launched.
Clarity of impending changes to the tax rates were announced during an international seminar on GST by the Finance Ministry tax division undersecretary Datuk Siti Halimah Ismail who said that for businesses, the corporate income tax rate would be cut from 25% to 24% for the 2016 year of assessment.
SMEs will also see their income tax reduced from 20% to 19% while the co-operative income tax rates will fall from 25% to 24%.
The 6% rate for GST is considered a neutral rate, according to Siti Halimah, who added that the GST in Malaysia would be a progressive tax instead of a regressive tax.
The introduction of the GST in Malaysia is expected to change the mix of tax revenue in Malaysia where much of what the Government gets in tax collection is direct taxes such as corporate and personal income taxes.
Citing examples from a model, she said households that spend RM2,000 a month would pay about RM34.21 in expenses related to GST and RM12.73 in expenses on exempted items.
The total tax incidence of RM46.94 will account for a 2.35% increase in taxation based on projected consumption for households spending RM2,000 a month.
For households spending RM12,000 a month, the tax incidence will be RM329.07 or 3.66%.
Meanwhile, Customs Department director-general Datuk Seri Khazali Ahmad said approval to hire an additional 800 staff members had been granted with most of the recruits going into auditing to ensure the implementation of GST went on smoothly.
“The system and manpower are in place to ensure smooth implementation of the GST,” he told the conference before moderating a talk on GST. We are counting the days towards the implementation of the GST.”
It has been reported that the since the implementation of the GST will cover three quarters of 2015, Second Finance minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah said the Government was looking at earning roughly RM2.5bil in addition to the revenue secured under the sales and service tax.
He said this would jump to RM8bil in 2016 and keep increasing as more and more companies came on board.
