Silterra
Interviewing Filipino Technicians (When Malaysians Are Unemployed)
I received this from
someone.
Assalamualaikum:
You should write this in
your column before it is too late.
Silterra is actively
interviewing Filipino to be employed as technicians.
This is not because
Malaysians are not capable - but to kill the recently unionised technicians.
About 6 months ago, 97%
of the technicians in Silterra have voted to form a union due to their
unhappiness with the management.
To weaken the union's
position, Silterra management recently has (1) employed technicians based on
yearly contract - this is a disaster as those technicians normally will leave
Silterra after 6 to 9 months as they are not guaranteed a job at the end of
their contract.
This also means you need
to keep training technicians all the time.
To solve this issue,
Silterra is actively interviewing Filipinos for the technicians position
with a view to offer them up to 3 years contracts.
Foreigners
are NOT ALLOWED to join unions in Malaysia's semiconductor industry.
As a result .... siapa
miskin dulu... anak-anak bangsa kita.
You need to expose this
before it is too late.
GLCs should not employ
foreigners at the technician level.
There are a lot more
Malaysian out of job now .
My comments : I have a suggestion. I am always full of suggestions.
Why dont Silterra employ
those North Koreans who are being held hostage by the Malaysian gomen?
Isnt that a good idea?
Or why not you folks employ
Zakir Naik's team members? We hear that Zakir Naik is here with his team
members.
Why should you employ
Malaysians as technicians? Let the Malaysians become Uber drivers. Those who
are 'dara' can sell nasi lemak dara.
The problem here is the
Khazanah morons do not know how to handle people and how to handle real
world issues.
That is why they like to
invest in the stock market, the money market or take a passive roles as money
investors. The 'tak tahu niaga' category.
They do not know how to
manage real things.
