Furious Malaysian Man Sets Johor Bahru Bank On Fire After RM100 Million Insurance Application Rejected

Sometimes rejection can really lead people to unexpected levels, some people just accept it and move on in life while others just can’t let go and go to great lengths to take revenge.

A 29-year-old man was furious when his application to be insured some RM100 million was rejected, so he decided to take revenge by burning the bank outlet in Johor Bahru.

Batu Pahat OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Wahib Musa said that the suspect allegedly used petrol to start the fire at the premises along Jalan Kundang at about 8.45 pm on Thursday, July 20.

“A passer-by saw the man splashing liquid, believed to be petrol, on the bank’s door before lighting up a piece of paper to set the place ablaze.

“The suspect immediately fled the scene on a motorcycle.”

Fortunately, the Fire and Rescue Department managed to put out the fire in time and there was no serious damage caused.

“Acting on information, police arrested the suspect at his home. The man admitted that he was unhappy with the bank for rejecting his application for a RM100 million protection insurance.

“A check also revealed that the suspect had received treatment for mental disorder at Hospital Sultanah Nora here.”

The case is being investigated under Section 436 of the Penal Code for arson, the suspect would be remanded for a week until July 27.

So people, please learn from this man’s example never to set places on fire and get yourself in serious trouble if the bank rejects your application, or anyone rejecting you for that matter, there are far more chances in life!

Sex overtakes drug use as main cause of HIV infection - Kelantan the champion - Too many sex maniacs there

The wide availability of community-level testing, such as at this clinic run by a charity, has ensured Malaysia is able to identify 89% of HIV-positive people, a UN reports says. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, July 23, 2017.

SEXUAL transmission of HIV is on the rise in Malaysia and across the world, said Malaysian Aids Council (MAC).

MAC honorary secretary Hisham Hussein said in 2016, there were 3,397 new diagnoses of HIV and 83% were because of sexual transmission.

"Intravenous drug users used to be the main driver for the increase (HIV infections) in the past five years, but it has gone down and only make up of 11% of the total transmissions.

"The Ministry of Health (MoH) is fully aware of this and has set up a sexual transmission task force to address this issue."

Hisham said there should be sex education at secondary and tertiary level of education because of the concern over sexual activity and pregnancy among youth.

Hisham said the Ministry of Education supported raising awareness on sexual health among students, but teachers, especially in government school, had difficulties in openly discussing sex with their students.

"The teachers find it difficult to teach family health in schools.

"We do not face any issues going to private institutions to talk about it, they welcome us with open doors.

"We understand the sensitivities, but they (government institutions) need to open up about it," he told The Malaysian Insight.

A recent report by United Nations showed that Malaysia is one of the 10 countries which together accounted for over 95% of new HIV infections in the Asia-Pacific.

The report said Malaysia could detect 89% of those who had HIV, but of that number only 39% had access to treatment.

Hisham said MAC and the government were trying their best to provide treatment for patients.

"We have programmes with the Health Ministry that focus on testing, adherence and peer education.

"We try to get as many people as possible to take the HIV test, and if they test positive, medication is dispensed free at all government hospitals," he said, noting that Malaysia was the first country in the region to do so.

Hisham said patients had to consistently take the medication so as to ensure that the virus did not build up resistance.

"As for peer educators, we try to help transgenders, gay men and sex workers help members of their own community because they know them well.

"We are not aware of anybody with HIV but does not get access (to treatment) because have always been trying to get people tested for HIV.

"Our partner organisations are well-trained and we believe that MoH today has changed for the better," Hisham added.

He also said the issues of unwed mothers should be addressed soon as they were also prone to HIV infection. – July 23, 2017.

Afraid of the Boss - New White House communications boss deletes tweets Trump would not love

White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci says he has 'thick skin' and is 'moving on to @POTUS agenda serving the American people', a day after he started his new job. – EPA pic, July 23, 2017.

DONALD Trump's new communications chief has deleted tweets in which he shared views contrary to the US president's own, saying they were a distraction.

The day after he started his new job yesterday, Anthony Scaramucci, a New York financier, cleared up his Twitter trail of remarks in which he differs from Trump on illegal immigration, climate change, Islam and even gun control.

"Full transparency: I'm deleting old tweets. Past views evolved & shouldn't be a distraction. I serve @POTUS agenda & that's all that matters," the new man on the White House job announced on Twitter.

A bit later, Scaramucci followed up with "The politics of 'gotcha' are over. I have thick skin and we're moving on to @POTUS agenda serving the American people."

In a 2012 comment he tweeted, he appeared to back many causes long championed by Democrats, describing himself as "for Gay Marriage, against the death penalty, and Pro Choice."

White House press secretary Sean Spicer abruptly resigned yesterday in protest at Scaramucci's hiring.

In a written statement, Trump said he was "grateful" for Spicer's work and praised his "great television ratings" – a reference to Spicer's keenly watched, combative and often-satirised news briefings.

Spicer's departure marked rising tensions in an administration that has seen its legislative agenda falter at the same time it has been buffeted by an investigation into alleged collusion with Russia. – AFP, July 23, 2017.

MRT would not have happened without me, says Dr Mahathir

Dr Mahathir Mohamad says Prime Minister Najib Razak wouldn't known what to do if he had not started public transport projects. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Hasnoor Hussain, July 23, 2017.

AS Prime Minister Najib Razak basks in the glow of the recently completed second phase of Mass Rapid Transit system, Dr Mahathir Mohamad moved to rain on the parade by claiming that the new public transport system was merely a continuation the projects under his administration.

Speaking at the CheDet club Aidilfitri Open House today, Dr Mahathir said Najib would not have completed the public transport projects if he had not started it.

"He was just continuing (the public transport projects) that I started. Without me starting it, he (Najib) wouldn't know what to do."

Dr Mahathir said Najib would be at his wits end in completing the LRT 1 & 2 Extension and MRT 1 projects if he had not started them.

When Dr Mahathir was prime minister, he initiated four public transport projects – the KL Monorail line, the Putra LRT line, the STAR LRT line and the Intrakota Bus Service – all of which were given to private companies via concessions and then eventually ran into financial or managerial difficulties.

The Bersatu chairman also said he was more than willing to accept any representatives of Najib for the "Nothing to Hide" forum that is hosted by Bersatu's youth wing.

"The prime minister is not letting anyone to come (to the debate), what is there to be scared off? I am an old man, are you scared of an old man? Any representative who comes to the forum is fine with me," he said.

Dr Mahathir also said he had learnt a lot from his past and shot down rumours circulating that Kit Siang would be prime minister if Umno were to lose in the next election.

"Najib wants to scare Umno members. Supposedly, if Umno  loses, then, Kit Siang will become prime minister. That is impossible. Kit Siang (‘s DAP) is a small party. The big parties are the two, three parties in Pakatan Harapan that are Malay-led parties.”

He said the eradication of the communal mentality of the Malays was not his task alone, but a task for every Malaysian.
"Eradication of the communal mentality of the Malays is not only my task alone, it is a task for everybody. Why am I only the one to blame?" – July 23, 2017.

PM moves to appease Felda fury - Will it work , I doubt it will work as they know it is their money and no gift from PM

Prime Minister Najib Razak at the National Felda Settlers Day celebration in Putrajaya today. Some 25,000 settlers were present, along with Felda chairman Shahrir Abdul Samad. – The Malaysian Insight pic by Seth Akmal, July 23, 2017.

AMID the array of problems related to Felda and its listed entities, Prime Minister Najib Razak has announced a cash incentive amounting to RM475 million to placate settlers.

At the closing of the three-day National Felda Settlers Day celebration in Putrajaya today, Najib also announced five housing and debt forgiveness incentives.

The cash incentive will see 94,956 settlers receiving RM5,000, payable by next month, to reward their support for the government.

Some 25,000 Felda settlers were present at the event, along with Felda chairman Shahrir Abdul Samad.

The five incentives are:

RM519 million set aside to allow each settler to have up to RM5,000 in debts forgiven if they are participants in Felda's programme to replant unproductive oil palm, with 17,679 settlers who are not part of the programme getting six months, beginning August, to join and apply for debt forgiveness;

A total of 77,934 settlers, who are still paying their Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) equity loans, will have the balance of their loans disposed of, while 1,626 settlers, who have paid their loans, will get RM1,820 in cash each, with the disposals and cash incentive totalling RM128.1 million;

Interest-free housing loans of up to RM40,000 and approval to construct more than one house per site. A total of 70,506 sites for single-unit homes have also been set aside by Felda and approved by state governments, with the cost of the units' construction to be borne by the settlers;

A special replanting grant by the Malaysian Palm Oil Board, amounting to RM7,500 per hectare and covering 24,280ha, with an allocation of RM166.6 million until 2020; and,

A special fund of RM300 million that will be set up for the period between this year and 2021 to help with replanting operation debts exceeding RM40,000.

All in, the cash incentives and programmes will cost taxpayers RM1.59 billion.

Najib called on Felda settlers to rally behind the ruling Barisan Nasional government.

"Putrajaya will be defended at all cost. Don't believe the lies spread about Felda settlers not supporting the government.

“Look here, there are 25,000 supporters of Felda and the government.

"We held his year's celebration in Putrajaya because it is closely regarded by the national leadership," said Najib on the three-day event, where 50,000 attendees were expected.

He noted the contributions made by the agricultural programme, which was launched by his father, former prime minister Abdul Razak Hussein, in 1956.

"There are one million people whose future changed for the better due to the success of Felda and our struggle, which began 61 years ago.

"My father set up this initiative with these goals: land for the landless, job for the jobless and good land for good people.

"The Felda initiative is close to my heart. It cannot be separated from myself and my family.

“I promise you all, this initiative will continue.”

Felda settlers, who are predominantly ethnic Malays, form an important voting bloc for Umno.

They live in rural constituencies, accounting for 54 parliamentary seats.

Felda is currently mired in controversy, with the most recent Felda-linked scandal allegedly involving former chairman Isa Samad being the purchase of a luxury hotel in Kensington, London, at an inflated price.

Two Felda Investment Corporation Sdn Bhd officers have been questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), which has opened investigation papers into the purchase.

Isa resigned from FGV on June 19 after a public row with FGV president and chief executive officer Zakaria Arshad over questionable deals amounting to hundreds of millions.

In March 2015, MACC had questioned an unnamed son of Isa's over the London purchase, it was reported.

The government had closed the case in May that year, saying there was no wrongdoing.

In a statement today, FGV denied any conspiracy in its investigations into Zakaria and three other executives, all of whom are on leave.

It said its "domestic inquiry" would focus on Safitex debt issues, which may involve up to RM50 million in unsettled debts. – July 23, 2017.

Najib Runs Out Of Panic Buttons – 92-Year-Old Mahathir Could Return As PM Again

Najib son of Razak tries to put on a brave face. Initially, he tried but couldn’t. It would take hours for the PR team at Putrajaya to “train” the Malaysian prime minister – psychologically and mentally – not to look nervous and panic. They found that the best way is for Mr. Najib to smile – a lot– so that the UMNO warlords would not see how worry their big boss really is.

So from now onwards, expect to see tons of smiles from Najib Razak, as if he was on heavy makeup like a clown would normally put. In reality, Prime Minister Najib Razak is fabulously panicked and terrified. He hadn’t seen this coming. His greatest enemies – opposition de-facto leader Anwar Ibrahim and mentor-turned-enemy Mahathir Mohamad have joined forces – for real!

True, in politics there are no permanent friends or enemies, only permanent interests. Still, the “bad blood” between Mr. Anwar and Mr. Mahathir was so thick that not even Taylor Swift’s song could melt it. After all, it was then Prime Minister Mahathir who accused and declared his Deputy Prime Minister Anwar guilty of sodomy and homosexual acts, essentially thrown him in jail.

For Anwar and Mahathir to kiss and become a tag-team (again) since 1998, it speaks volumes about a bigger and nastier enemy – Najib Razak. But were Anwar and Mahathir saints in the first place? Let’s call a spade a space. Both individuals practiced corruption, nepotism, cronyism and even racism when they were on the throne of powers.

However, at least when Anwar and Mahathir plunder the national coffers, they made sure for every dollar they took, the country could generate two dollars. On the contrary, Najib and Auntie Rosie will take two dollars for every dollar their regime could generate. That’s why the country’s foreign debt is approaching RM1-trillion. But that’s not the worst part.

The worst part is despite abolishing subsidies for petrol, diesel, sugar, cooking oil, electricity tariffs, water and whatnot, Najib regime somehow still couldn’t find the money to run the government efficiently. The son of Razak practically steals rice from a beggar’s bowl when he introduced 6% GST (goods and services tax) on 1 April 2015.

By jailing Anwar Ibrahim (for the second time for the same crime of sodomy), and bribed the so-called God-fearing PAS (Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party) with RM90 million, Najib thought the opposition was toast. Now with the emergence of Mahathir driving a new opposition coalition – Pakatan Harapan (Hope’s Pact) – Najib regime has plunged into panic and disarray.

How can you tell that Najib’s Barisan Nasional (National Front) coalition is running out of panic buttons to push? It’s simple: look at the reaction of the prime minister’s bootlickers. When Mahathir finally revealed (over the weekend) the opposition coalition’s new logo, flag and leadership structure, Najib’s top bootlicker Salleh Said Keruak went ballistic babbling about DAP not holding any top positions.

Like it or not, the 92-year-old old fox Mahathir has demonstrated his awesome political skills once again. It was by design that DAP was deliberately not included in the top three positions in Pakatan Harapan’s new line-up. Anwar would probably put a Malay from PKR, an Islamic spiritual leader from PAS and a Chinese from DAP, just to satisfy everyone.

As a former prime minister who had ruled for 22 years, Mahathir knew the next 14th general election, which will have to happen on or before 24 August 2018, will be fought based on racial cards. Najib will run a campaign so racist that it would make Donald Trump looks like he was a long lost brother of King Salman. Therefore, rural ethnic-Malay voters cannot be spooked by Chinese in the line-up.

That explains why Mr. Salleh Said Keruak was so upset that no Chinese DAP was in the line-up. Mahathir was named as chairman while Anwar was declared de-facto leader. Anwar’s wife, Wan Azizah, was proclaimed president of the opposition coalition. All three are Malay-Muslims to convince the folks in Malay villages that the coming election is a fight among Malay-Muslims.

By putting DAP at backstage, retired Mahathir could lead an easier charge against super-corrupt Najib without having to worry about allegations that ethnic-Chinese is taking over the country. After all, how could a Chinese becomes prime minister when the top three positions in Pakatan Harapan’s new line-up are made up of Malay-Muslims?

The clearest sign pointing to Najib’s panic mode was when the prime minister himself, supposedly very confident of winning big in the 14th nationwide election, had to travel hundreds of kilometres away at night to Sembrong in the state of Johor practically begging and bribing for votes. He brought along heavyweights like Hishammuddin Hussein and Deputy PM Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

It would be just an ordinary Hari Raya open house if not for the fact that Sembrong is the parliamentary seat of Najib’s cousin Hishammuddin. The defence minister won the seat in 2013 with a majority of 10,631 votes or 63.7% of total votes. It has been UMNO’s traditional stronghold. Using his favourite “you help me, I help you” tactic to fish for votes, was Najib signalling that even Sembrong could fall?

The battle has actually begun, even before Mr. Najib could call for a snap election. While Mahathir has declared that the highly unpopular GST would be scrapped, Najib’s shining star Khairy Jamaluddin (Youth and Sports Minister) plays with another racist topic – provoking the sensitive issue of abolishing vernacular school – hoping it would start a Malay-vs-Chinese war.

Nazri Aziz, the badass who was the most racist minister under previous Mahathir administration, also went bonkers by suggesting both Mahathir and Anwar would kill each other. When even Nazri was speechless that both enemies could become best friends again, you don’t need a rocket scientist to tell how terrified and panicked Najib and his boys are.

Heck, Mr. Nazri was so worry with the latest development that he actually suggested Jamal Yunos, a gangster who tried to terrorize Chinatown but was stopped by China’s ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang, should be made UMNO Youth Chief. Has UMNO run out of talents or was Nazri running Najib’s errand of preparing for racial riots, in case they lose?

PM Najib had the cheek to shamelessly declare that the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) is a gift to the people, when in fact the mega project was built using taxpayers’ money. He should instead prove that Saudi Arabia had indeed “gifted” him with US$700 million cash. Likewise, his wife should prove that she hadn’t purchased a RM117 million 22-carat pink diamond necklace using money siphoned from 1MDB.

Anwar Ibrahim had his opportunity but failed to capture the federal government in 2013. Now, Mahathir is the only person left who could charm the simple-minded Malay folks. With Chinese votes basically in the bag, the battle is for Malay support. UMNO insiders were so panicked that the party has started the racial rhetoric last weekend, right after the revelation of Pakatan Harapan’s new leadership structure.

It would be hard for Najib to justify that Mahathir is on a mission to destroy the Malays. However, it would be quite easy for Mahathir to justify that Najib has stolen billions of dollars of Malays’ money. Thanks to 1MDB and Felda scandals, not to mention GST and rising cost of living, Mahathir might be able to convince the Malays that Thief-in-Chief Najib should not even be allowed to own fish as pets.

Innocent Malays losing out in the land of Malays to the robber Malays

This Is What The Malays Have Become, After GTP, ETP, Transformasi, Boston, McKinsey, GLC, High Income Economy, Entah Apa Lagi

MO1's Budget this year clearly shows what has become and what is becoming of the fate of the Malays.

Just by looking at the  classifications and allocations   used in the Budget you can  map out the existence of the Malays.  And all this is a result of using handouts and easy money as economic policy.

The first one is this comment by Najib :
PM tells poor M'sians to be Uber drivers  : More M'sians, B40 (Bottom 40) group should be Uber drivers Najib said; recommends M'sians to enter ride-sharing service to earn extra; down payment using BR1M, rebate RM4k for Proton Iriz,  Najib added.

This is a new classification. This is the first time I am hearing about B40 or Bottom 40.  Lets not bullshit ok - the vast majority of these B40 are the Malays. During Dr Mahathir's time we did not have this special classification called B40. At that time the whole country was on its way out of any classifications.

But under Najib, and since Badawi too, we have almost a  new racial grouping. Keturunan : B40.   So what happened to High Income Economy? RM6000 household income and all that crap? Penipu !

And what does Najib want the B40 to do? He wants them to become Uber taxi drivers !!  Mampus lah hangpa. Thats all the future your own pemimpin sees for his own race. Become taxi drivers.  The PM suggests that becoming a taxi driver should be a growth industry for the Malays.

Then the Budget has "BR1M will benefit 7 million; allocation of RM6.8bil".

Again this is largely a Malay thing. This is direct giving of 'alms for the poor' or  'sedekah bagi pengemis'.  Najib has made beggars out of the people. Thats what it is.  RM83.33 'sedekah' per month. This is a ridiculous figure. It does not make any difference in your life. No beggar can beg his way out of poverty.   The fact that the PM can proudly brag about 7 million mostly Malays being this poor is evidence enough that his brain is seriously twisted. Najib is making receiving BR1M another growth industry for the Malays.

Then lets look at this figure :

* Only 2.1 million income tax payers out of 14.6 million of country's total workforce.

This means that 12.5 million workers either avoid paying taxes or they fall below the minimum RM3000 monthly income threshold to pay any income taxes. I think it is the latter.  And for sure 12.5 million workers DO NOT belong in that RM6000 household income group.  They are certainly NOT high income.  And these will be overwhelmingly Malays.

There are 30 million people in the country.  Say 70% are Malays. Thats 21 million people. About seven million are Chinese. Another two million Indians and Lain2. For certain the numbers of Malay taxpayers is proportionately very small. The amount of taxes they pay will also be proportionately small.

So 2.1 million taxpayers are paying taxes that fill the Treasury, including paying salaries for 1.6 million Civil Servants, who are again over 90% Malays.

Alamak ! What if these 2.1 million 'taxpayers' take up Ikan Bakar's advice and migrate? Will it miraculously improve the gomen's tax revenues?  Will the gomen's finances go from hutang gila babi (oops ...gila khinzir)  to  huge budget surpluses?  I dont think so.

All the mollycoddling has NOT increased substantially the numbers of Malay taxpayers who can pay their own taxes and sustain their own wellbeing in the economy.  It should be the target of policy making to increase the numbers of Malays beyond the tax paying threshold.  But right now the growth industry for Malays is driving taxis and lining up for cash handouts.

Fully Paid Study Leave with scholarship to Support Group
Quarantine leave up to five days without record for public servants
Computer loan facility for public servants
motorcycle loan for public servants from RM5,000 to RM10,000.
civil servant’s housing loans
30,000 units of Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Msia

This is another growth industry for the Malays. They make up the huge bulk of public servants, maybe over 90%

of 1.6 million public servants. Considering that gomen does not function too well, economic growth is slowing, revenue collection is dwindling you know that far too many public servants are sleeping on the job. All the indexes are haywire. Corruption index up, education index down, food poisoning index up, sports achievement index down, sports ministry budget up, health ministry budget down, integrity index down, curi index up, religious tolerance index down, religious extremism index up etc. The gomen is not functioning.

Or, if you have too many public servants, then the job becomes a place to sleep. Or a place to minum teh at 9am, 10:30am, 3pm, 4pm. Or sembahyang at 8am, 12:30pm, 3pm, 4pm. Or 'pi mesyuarat' 8:30am till 4pm.  The best years of a human beings life are spent producing not much. Or nothing at all.

Yet the gomen is giving more and more goodies to the civil servants. The reason is obvious - to buy their support. Make them indebted. Rule 1 of colonialism : keep them barefooted and dumb. Rule 1A : give them whiskey / opium / religion and keep their minds 'befogged'.

A compliant civil service is another growth industry for the Malays being promoted by the gomen.

The next growth industry for the Malays (in the Budget) is food catering and food hawkers' business.

RM1.1bil for Hostel Meal Assistance Programme for 365,000 students.
RM300mil for 1Malaysia Supplementary Food Programme for primary school students.
RM1.4 Billion for food catering in schools !! Wow !

I call this the 'sakit perut halal' sector. This is a really supergrowth industry that can only be sustained by easy gomen money. That is why you see so many cases of food poisoning at the sekolah asrama, sekolah kebangsaan etc where the food caterers and cafeteria operators are almost exclusively Malay.
If the makcik nasi lemak at the market sells nasi lemak sakit perut, very soon she will be out of business. That is why you rarely suffer sakit perut food poisoning at the makick nasi lemak.

But not the crony food caterers and cafeteria operators who sell towgay swimming in stale water or cabbage swimming in stale water as food at the school and university cafeterias.  They are unhygienic and sell recycled food. They dont have to worry because they will still get the food supply contracts - awarded under the table. RM1.4 Billion worth of food catering contracts.

This is another major growth sector for the Malays as well.
increase monthly allowance of 15,000 imam to RM850
RM500 to nearly 16,000 Bilal and Siak for managing mosques
Kafa teachers’ allowance increased to RM900 a month
Religion (and hocus pocus) is another huge growth industry of course.  They have to buy the PAS vote. Many of these people also double up as bomoh, dukun, penghalau jin, pemisah jodoh and pemasang jodoh.  Some of them strike it very rich. They have conned thousands with fake medical cures and have made enough money to travel to the US to  get real, scientific, medical treatment for themselves.  This is a definitely a growth sector for the Malays. That is why the gomen is spending money on this from the Budget.

Now lets get back to those 2.1 million taxpayers who pay most (if not all) the taxes to fill the gomen's coffers which the gomen then burns to fund all these 'growth sectors'.

How many of those 2.1 million taxpayers belong to the 'sakit perut halal' sector? Or the poo kanan poo kiri sector?  Or drive taxis? Not many.

Now imagine that a bolt of lightning strikes all those 2.1 million taxpayers and makes them all go cuckoo. They decide that they too want to work in the 'sakit perut' food catering sector, become bilal and siak, work in the gomen jobs, drive taxis or just wait for the BR1M lorry to come along.

Do you think the gomen will be able to collect more income taxes or less income taxes?

So I think those 2.1 million taxpayers reserve some serious respect. At a time when even Petronas cannot contribute as much to the Budget anymore (Petronas contribution is now a secret) it is those 2.1 million taxpayers who are also sustaining the gomen's Budget.

The 2 year old GST is not a tax. It is an oppression. Even 12 year old kids have to pay GST ! ! We have to be rid of it.

Discrimination and racism. That is what we go throught every single day. From lecturers calling us derogatory terms like keling and hitam to being scorned and being failed for no reason. But the main issue here is , this agent, eagle eye. If they didn't lie about this place , we would not have gone there. They lied about EVERYTHING. They took a big sum of money for our first sem fees , and lodging and "shopping " for our basic nescesities it seems. But the moment they dropped us of there , that's it . We were helpless. They left back to malaysia the very next day. Our hostel looked like prison cells. No water. No electricity fir at least 9-12 hours a day. Imagine that. We were living like destitutes. And the worst part was we had to pay sem fees again. This agent took the 1st sem fees from us. But did not make the payment to USU. They took kitas money as well , but we ended up paying almost rm 800 again on our own in USU io. And the worst lie the eagle eye people ever told us was about NOC. They said we did not need NOC. But they took noc money from us as well , yet they never ever applied for us. These idiots told us lectures would be in English and that we would graduate in 5 years. Rubbish. The bloody lecturers rule in usu , especially in fkg. They decide when the students graduate. What nonsense. As long as eagle eye still exists , a lot more gullible people are going to be cheated. All those parents who want a good future for thier kids are going to fall for their bullshit talks , the way my parents did.

‘UNCLES’ FROM SINGAPORE FLOCKING TO JB FOR FUN WITH HOOKERS

PETALING JAYA – There’s something tantalising across the Causeway and it’s neither the food nor shopping in Johor Bahru. For a number of Singaporean retirees, it’s the lure of foreign prostitutes that keeps them coming for more.

In an article in The Star Online, that quoted the China Press, a street in Johor Bahru has been earning a reputation for itself as a “red-light district”, thanks to the many older men from Singapore who head there to meet prostitutes from Vietnam and China.
The meeting places are common coffee shops dotting the street, where girls decked in revealing attire, approach the “uncles” as they are called.

Chen, a Singaporean, told the China Press that his 70-year-old father, had taken a liking to the place, and kept asking his children for more money to spend there.

“We hope the Malaysian police will take action,” Chen said.

Yet another Singaporean, refusing to give his name, said he and his friends headed to Johor Bahru at least once a week in search of these women. He also said they typically spent between RM80-150 on the girls each time they met, depending on the girl’s age and how she looked.

Runners ignore Kelantan’s gender segregation order - From the land of Mars

KUALA LUMPUR, July 23 — The Kota Baru Municipal Council (MPKB)’s directive to segregate men and women in a running event backfired after most of the participants ignored the order.

According to The Star, the MPKB issued the directive for the first time during the 7km Run for Peace event organised by Buddhist group Soka Gakkai Malaysia.

But most of the 1,400 participants reportedly ignored the directive during the actual event.

In response, groups have said that this latest incident is proof that Kelantan PAS’s policies affect non-Muslims as well.

Datuk Noor Farida Ariffin from civil group G25 said that the directive reflected the increasing conservatism of authorities in the PAS-controlled state.

“Non-Muslims should protest the encroachment of their rights by the council,” she was quoted as saying, adding that the directive was not an isolated case but the latest in a string of directives which have affected non-Muslims.

Kelantan MCA chief Datuk Dr Hou Kok Chung said that the MPKB should consider racial harmony before making such a decision.

“This is a sensitive issue so we must use wisdom to protect the feelings of all races,” Hou said.

MCA Religious Harmony Bureau chairman Datuk Seri Ti Lian Ker said that the directive showed that the public could no longer trust the promises made by the Kelantan PAS government.

Gerakan secretary-general Datuk Liang Teck Meng called the directive unnecessary and unfortunate.

“This is disappointing to see happen in Malaysia. We shouldn’t be moving backwards, and it’s not that we don’t respect Muslim sensitivities but I appeal that we are at least given some flexibility,” he said.

This is not the first time the MPKB has courted controversy over its directives. Last year, the council issued a summons to a watch retailer who featured “sexy” posters in his shop.

In 2013, MPKB had also given verbal warnings to hair salon operators to take down “sexy” posters of hair models.

INSATIABLE APPETITE FOR SEX MAKING MALAY WOMEN IN ‘TGANU DIVORCE THEIR HUSBANDS

INSATIABLE husbands are one of the main reasons for divorce, according to Terengganu’s Syariah chief judge, Berita Harian reported.

Wan Mohd Zakri Wan Mohd said some women filed for divorce because they could no longer tolerate their sex-hungry spouses.

“Their excessive demands caused physical injury to their partners,” he said, adding that two-thirds of those who filed for divorce were women.

Wan Mohd Zakri said the shortest marriage recorded by the Terengganu Syariah Judiciary Department was just 24 hours, when the newlyweds filed for divorce.

> Actor Ungku Hariz, the husband of popular comedienne Jihan Muse, has denied that his wife is pregnant, Kosmo! reported.

The 32-year-old actor admitted that his wife seemed plump recently but this did not mean she was pregnant.

Ungku Hariz said he had been asked about his wife’s presumed pregnancy for about a month now.

“I don’t understand why a lot of people assume that my wife is pregnant just because she is curvy,” he said.

“It is true that Jihan has been unwell recently, but we did not go for any checkups to find out whether or not she is pregnant,” he said, adding that a child was a gift from God and it was not up to them to decide.

He hoped he would not be bothered by such questions any more, as they stressed him out.

Ungku Hariz and Jihan, whose real name is Nur Jihan Musa, got married last year at Laman Kayangan in Shah Alam.

Cham Riang Punyavan, 22, recalled the critical moment when he heard a loud explosion and saw flames in the house.

“I rushed to the bathroom immediately to save my grandmother,” he said. No one else was home when the fire broke out.

“I cannot imagine what would have happened if she were home alone,” he said.

The house was razed and they did not manage to save any of their belongings, including their personal documents.

Four vehicles belonging to the family were also damaged in the fire.

MAHATHIR GIVES NAJIB THE FRIGHT OF HIS LIFE: ‘I MAY CONTEST IN PEKAN BUT I MUST BE ABLE TO WIN. I CONTEST TO WIN’

Former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, who had initially ruled out contesting in the next general election but has since softened his stance, is now flirting with the possibility of contesting in Pekan against Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

Mahathir said he would step in if there were no other suitable candidates to contest in the federal constituency.

“If there are no suitable candidates, then I will have to contest in Pekan.

“But I must be able to win. I contest to win,” the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia and Pakatan Harapan chairperson was quoted as saying by Sin Chew Daily today.

It was unclear if Mahathir was serious about contesting for the seat.

“I don’t know where is my ‘winnable’ seat. Perhaps there will be no need (for me to contest) because many people don’t like me,” he quipped.

Najib won by a landslide in Pekan during the 2013 general election with 51,278 votes against PKR’s Fariz Musa, who garnered 15,665 votes.

Mahathir had previously said on Thursday that he had yet to decide on whether to contest in the upcoming general election.

Ultimately, Mahathir said, he wants Harapan to win the next general election. He added that he would be able to have a say in the new federal government.

3 women killed, baby among 4 hurt in 3-car Gerik crash

IPOH: Three women were killed, while four other people – including a 7-month-old baby – were injured in a three-car collision in Gerik yesterday.

The deceased, who were passengers of a Perodua Myvi, were identified as Wong Mee Lai, 47, Foke Yoke Wah, 25 and Woke Mei Yong, 44, all from Perak.
The 4.30pm accident at Kampung Air Kala in Selat Pagar occurred when the Myvi, which was travelling from Gerik to Kuala Kangsar, was rear-ended by a Kia Spectra, causing it to veer into the opposite lane and collide with an oncoming Proton Exora.
Exora passenger Roslina Othman was seriously injured in the crash, but her baby, Muhammad Danial Mirza Saiful Haslim, who was seated on her lap, only sustained minor injuries.
Roslina’s husband and the couple’s two other children were unhurt in the collision.
The Myvi driver, Chong Yah Wen, 23, sustained head and body injuries, while a fourth passenger, Wong Mei Chan, suffered minor injuries.
Gerik police chief Supt Ismail Che Isa said a post-mortem on the deceased was held at the Gerik Hospital, while the Kia Spectra driver and a passenger were detained to facilitate investigations.

Russia To Build 100,000 Ton "Shtorm" Class Aircraft Carriers -From Syedsoutsidethebox.blogspot

Russia to lay down new heavy aircraft-carrier in 2025
revive vertical takeoff/landing (VTOL) shipborne fighter jets

development of shipboard plane, possibly a vertical takeoff fighter

Project 2300 Shtorm heavy aircraft-carrier
full complement aircraft, air defense, cruise missiles

new carrier’s deck size of three football fields
house 4,000 crew members.

330-meter long Shtorm a revival of Soviet-era supercarrier Ulyanovsk
100,000-ton displacement
up to 90 fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

Shtorm will have endurance of 120 days, maximum speed 30 knots.

new aircraft carrier will carry STOVL aircraft

carrier able to operate in Arctic
will have electromagnetic catapults

arming Shtorm with battery of hypersonic Zirkon missiles

Russia currently relies on Admiral Kuznetsov carrier, launched 1985.
However its capabilities pale in comparison to the Shtorm.

Here is a scale model of the 'Shtorm':

My comments :  This new aircraft carrier will not begin construction until 2025 - another eight years away. It may take years after that for completion and commissioning into the Russian Navy.  I believe by that time the Chinese would have built at least THREE more aircraft carriers.

In this new design, note the SPLIT "islands" on the carrier's flight deck (in the model above). This design is similar to the latest Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carrier of the British Royal Navy. They are much smaller. One is most likely the flight operations tower and the other is the ship operations tower. The smaller size and the space in between the "islands" allows for carrying more aircraft.

I believe one day aircraft carriers will not have any 'islands' or control towers on the flight decks at all.

Aircraft carriers are useful for power projection and where the theatre of war, conflict zone or area of strategic and military interest are separated by seas and oceans.  Historically Russia has never been an "aircraft carrier" power.

The simple reason being Russia's huge landmass and its vast distances, the country stretches  maybe 1/4 of the way around the world. Russia remains the largest country on Earth.

With such a vast land mass there was no need for Russia to acquire aircraft carriers. Russian airbases from the border with China, Mongolia, Kamchatka to the Arctic and to Finland could provide air cover against any air incursion into Russia or strike vast areas outside Russia.

The now famous Russian cruise missile strike into Syria in October 2015 was done from Russian Navy missile ships sailing on the Caspian Sea, about 1000 miles from Syria. The Caspian Sea is partly Russian territory.

However there are areas like the Mediterranean, the Indian Ocean and the Western Pacific which are becoming increasingly important for Russia.

I doubt there will be large scale wars between the superpowers like Russia, America or China. But there will be highly intense 'low intensity' conflicts like Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Balochistan etc.

Suicide bombers, IEDs, beheadings using swords, throwing grenades, shooting with pistols and AK47 rifles will be the order of the century.

Reports say that over the past few weeks 40,000 civilians have been killed in the liberation of Mosul from the ISIS.  That is a high number of casualties yet it was not a full fledged war with mass movement of regiments, divisions, tanks or armour.  It is a low intensity conflict involving suicide bombers, IEDs, beheadings, snipers, blowing things up etc. Yet 40,000 people have died.

There will be more of such conflicts in that part of the world.

Thieves Panicking : Internal Survey Shows BN Can Only Win NINE Parliamentary Seats !!
Thats what I heard.

Source : Ahlul Kahfi or Cave Dweller.

They say the BN commissioned an internal survey to see their chances of winning in the general elections.

The survey showed they can win ONLY NINE PARLIAMENTARY SEATS ! !
And one of these NINE SEATS is the Cave dweller's.

Folks, they can spend all the money they want.
The thieves are just not going to win the elections.

The RAHMAN THEORY is going to come true.
It will be the end of the BN.
MCA, MIC etc will go kaput.

The Thieves are panicking.
They are making all sorts of stupid and insane statements.

But they are having serious trouble with "Enemy Identification".

From my experience, identifying the real enemy can be a real problem and a very big danger to resolve conflicts and problems.

After the Second World War was over and Adolph Hitler was dead, Churchill is believed to have said, "We have killed the wrong pig".

The Thieves are having serious difficulty with enemy identification.

Until a few weeks ago it was the DAP.  DAP this, DAP that, etc.

Now it is Dr Mahathir. Dr Mahathir this, Dr Mahathir that, etc.

This is a terrible mistake.
And they are wasting so much time, energy and resources going after the wrong enemy.

The real pig is within.
The enemy is not outside.
Their worst enemy is on the inside - pissing on all of them.

As Anina Saadudin said so eloquently, "Dia kincin kita semua."

A Lying Idiot Or An idiot Who Is Lying - From Syedsoutsidethebox.blogspot

.
I received this picture. Folks say the idiot had been campaigning on Tioman Island. As usual the idiot is super happy that he gets to meet more and more Malays who are poor.

Here he  "gave away" rakyat termiskin houses to even more Malay rakyat termiskin. Looks like under the idiot's leadership every other Malay has become a rakyat termiskin.

But you have to pay attention to the numbers he is mentioning.
Quite unbelievable. Obviously more stealing is happening.

Here is the idiot's own tweet (I believe so, it has his picture and name on the tweet) :

First of all he says that the 'PPR'  (Projek Perumahan Rakyat) was 92% subsidised ! ! !

Fuiyyo ! ! !

A  92% SUBSIDY ! ! !

He says the house has a 'harga asal RM403,000' per unit but it has been given to the rakyat termiskin at RM35,000 only ! ! !

So the gomen must do this for all other "rakyat termiskin Melayu dan bukan Melayu" all around the country.
What is so special about 'rakyat termiskin' in Pulau Tioman?
Rakyat termiskin is rakyat termiskin.

The gomen must give a 92% subsidy for PPR houses in Kedah, Johor, Sabah, Terengganu, Kelantan, Selangor etc.

But  look at the house.
The construction is so shoddy.
This is 3rd class construction.
Rumah Kelas Tiga.
The roof is glavanised iron sheets.
In Malay galvanised iron is "rumah atap zinc" or "bumbung zinc".
Look at the picture. I have outlined in red colour.

Then look at the flooring.
The flooring is plain cement render.
No ceramic tiles or concrete stamping for the car porch or apron.
I have outlined in blue.

Some crony built this "rumah atap zinc" for RM403,000 ! ! !

They are just stealing. This house is hardly 1000 square feet in size. Assuming it is 1000 sf in size, then the cost per square foot is RM403,000 / 1000 sf = RM403 per square foot ! ! !

Construction cost RM403 psf ! ! This is an insane price.

Folks look at this villa. It was built near Bangi.

Built up area just over 5000 square feet. 5 spacious bedrooms with 5 attached bathrooms, living area, dining area, dry and wet kitchen, maids rooms with bathroom, back terrace, covered courtyard etc. With 40 foot swimming pool, solar heated hot water in all rooms etc. Floor to ceiling tiles in all bathrooms, 14 foot high ceilings, quality wooden flooring inside, heavy duty anti slip ceramic tiles outside.

Outside the house the swimming pool, pool deck and covered courtyard is another 3000 square feet.Total livable space is 8000 sf.

The total construction cost was RM800,000. (Does not include land cost).
Not joking.  I know because I was involved in this project.

But in Tioman they have built 1000 square foot size 'rumah setinggan atap zinc' for RM403,000 a piece.  They are stealing.

My estimation is the construction cost of those Tioman houses will hardly exceed RM100 psf.

So 1000 sf x RM100 = RM100,000 only (inclusive of developers profit).
Even if my estimate is 50% mistaken, just add another RM50,000.

It is still only RM150,000.

I doubt the land cost is more than RM25 psf in Tioman.
Lets just put the land cost at TWICE the amount, say RM50,000.

The cost of this 'rumah bumbung zinc' should not exceed RM200,000 per unit (including developers profit).  But Najib says the houses cost RM403,000 ! ! !

What is happening is the thieves are making money at the expense of the rakyat. Including the taxpayers, the ordinary citizens and the poor people.

First they find poor people.
Then they build 3rd class 1000 sf 'squatter houses with galvanised iron roofs'.
Then they tell the poor people, 'This is a GIFT for you'.
We have subsidised 92% of the price. You only pay RM35,000.

This means the gomen pays the contractor RM403k - RM35k = RM368k.
That is our money. Taxpayers money.

Whoever the developer / contractor is has made a ton of money.

We the taxpayers get suckered because they use our money to overpay for bumbung zinc squatter house type dwellings.

Then they tell the poor people to pay RM35,000 for these houses and tell tem 'This is a gift for you'.

The poor do not know how to calculate or figure things out. That is why it is best to keep them poor. Then you can cheat them.
