Selangor PAS assemblymen and supporters to defect to Amanah Selangor very soon ?

Now that PAS 2017 General assembly is over and the Political battle lines are already drawn in the sand and in Red,

PAS have always been a poor man’s party and the party members are content with their life style. Sudden riches can alter a poor man and his family’s destiny.

PAS Selangor never taught that they will win any State assembly seats in Malaysian General Elections GE12/PRU-12 and become part of the state government. This was beyond their compassion and dreams. If they would have told others, the others would have thought that these Selangor PAS are nutcases.

With the state assembly seats come a fixed comfortable salary, allowances, perks and also contracts for them and their cronies (Supporters). They can plan their lives, buy a house, a nice car, money in the bank as savings, and send kids to good private universities to prepare them in future. Wives have some pocket money, money to buy clothes and money for a very comfortable life. All come with a catch, that they must keep on winning their State assembly seats at the elections and their income / salary become consistent and can meet their monthly commitments if they lose the State assembly seats, no more fixed monthly income. These PAS assemblymen are watching in horror at what PAS national is doing the they are cutting their own noses to spite Pakatan Harapan. These assembly members see the real danger to theirs and families wellbeing. UMNO is not going to give PAS a walk over in the Seats PAS is contesting and in a three corner contest UMNO or PH will gain either the most or second most votes and PAS will be last.

Now that PAS have official cut of ties with all the PH political parties , the state assembly men in Selangor PAS are for the first time sitting up and pondering about their and family’s wellbeing. Money in a form of a monthly salary is most important.

I suspect that at least 10 out of 13 PAS state assemblymen have already starts secret negotiations with PH on retaining their seats and joining Amanah as to secure their seats. All will not be successful as Amanah already have candidates in place and a trade of for some contesting and some not contesting but getting a good position / job in Selangor GLC’s.

The moment PAS orders it Selangor state assemblymen to quite PH Selangor government, the official cross or exodus of Selangor PAS assemblymen to Amanah will start and UMNO will watch from the sidelines in horror. This will have a herd mentality on the balance of the PAS assembly men and members to dissolve their Party divisions in Selangor and joining Amanah in mass defections. This is going to happen very soon and depends how hard and fast PAS national pushes PAS Selangor to quit PH Selangor government

This is going to be a very demoralizing on UMNO and the remnants’ of PAS as PH may just pull the impossible in Selangor state elections by winning all the state seats and delivering a duck to BN-UMNO-PAS.

As I write the ground is already on the shift in Selangor and these PAS Selangor assembly men will not go for a lump sum bribe from UMNO as this will bring a stigma of shame for them, their families, friends and their generations. Save bet is a monthly salary and allowances will suffice for them?
