After the unfortunate incident of the teen, S. Pravin, who died after being forced to ingest poison by school bullies, the victim’s father is pleading for the school to be stricter in enforcing its rules so that no other similar incidents will take place in the future.

“I hope that the school will be more strict in enforcing the rules and that the police will investigate thoroughly the circumstances leading to my son’s death.”

“He was a good and obedient son. He was diligent in his studies but there are many negative elements surrounding his school with students playing truant and sniffing glue,” said Selvarajah Mennanchatty, father of S. Pravin.

15-year-old Pravin was allegedly forced to ingest poison by a group of students who were angry at him because he told them off about sniffing glue, last Wednesday.

Upset about the righteous act of the victim, the group of bullies then held him down and forced him to drink the poison. The victim went home and told his mother of the incident. He even complained of throat and stomach pains the next day.

He was immediately taken to a health clinic before being referred to the hospital for further treatment. Sadly, despite receiving treatment at the hospital, the poor child passed away.

This kind of things shouldn’t be happening, especially at school compounds! Hope in the future there are no other cases like this even from other schools. Probably, the police should patrol around the school compounds more often? What do you suggest to ensure the safety of your own kids?

Chinese Teacher Caught Dragging A School Girl On The Ground By Her Hair!!!

It was reported by Nextshark that a foreign language primary school teacher in Dongguan, Guangdong Province was caught on camera dragging a young girl on the ground by her hair as she screamed and cried that she wanted to go home, last Tuesday.

Apparently, a courier recorded the teacher’s abusive act and even went to confront her. However, she brushed him aside saying that it wasn’t his business and claimed that she was the girl’s mother.

Knowing that it was wrong regardless if she really was her mother or not, the courier later shared the footage on the Internet and needlessly to say, it gained much attention and sent netizens into a rage.

Luckily, the courier didn’t just stop at there and brought the matter up to the school’s principal. After hearing what had happened, the girl’s real mother angrily came down to the school and spoke to the principal regarding the incident.

Prior to this incident, the school staff claimed that the girl went out for lunch with her mother earlier in the day and returned for her class in the afternoon.

knowing or having reason to believe that any woman or girl has been brought into Singapore in breach of section 142 of the Women's Charter or has been sold or purchased in breach of section 140(1)(a), to receive or harbour her with intent that she may be employed or used for the purpose of prostitution either within or without Singapore;

detain any woman or girl against her will on any premises with the intention that she shall have carnal connection except by way of marriage with any male person, or detain any woman or girl against her will in a brothel;

detain any woman or girl in any place against her will with intent that she may be employed or used for the purpose of prostitution or for any unlawful or immoral purpose; or
attempt to do any of the above acts.


The penalty is imprisonment not exceeding five years and a fine not exceeding $10,000.[19] A male person who is convicted of a second or subsequent offence under the first six offences listed above is liable to be caned in addition to being imprisoned.

The statement follows as “They reach puberty at the age of nine or 12 and at that time, the physical state of their body is already akin to those 18 years of age.” Apparently somebody is either blind or stupid.

He also considered, or rather, inconsiderately continued to say, “For a wife who was raped, if she can marry (the rapist) she would not go through such a bleak future. At least she has someone who can become her husband. So, this will be a remedy to social problems”, implying that if a woman was raped, no one would want her (thus referring to bleak future) because, you know, men only want virgin girls who are pure.

He said that it is unfair for rapists to be considered to stay a bad person, but I personally think it’s safe to assume so and it is more unfair for girls who suffer from getting raped to only get dismissed and told to marry the person who ‘broke their purity’. While there has been international cases where girls suffer from rape while the one who raped them were ‘pitied’ for having raped somebody. Pitied! Like, what did they do to deserve that pity? Again, it’s true they can repent and regret, but that doesn’t warrant their victim eternal suffering, to continue and reminded every day that their husband is their rapist.

I suggest that we need a better system, better sexual education system (mind you, it won’t be about the positions or how to fit a **** into a ******, but about birth control and how to tackle unforeseen circumstances), a better community. And quite literally, they went “oops!” all over again when they made an announcement after making their second publicised mistake.

Lucie Bahetoukilae, a person of an unknown nationality, was supposed to fly to Paris, France from Newark, New Jersey. Apparently she ended up in San Francisco, thanks to United. (They gotta unify their own heads la) When they re-booked her rightful flight to France, she was traveling for longer than she expected and initially planned. Imagine being stuck in a situation like this, or having another flight to catch afterwards.

What truly happened to her was that she was not informed of any of the last-minute gate adjustments, Bahetoukilae only spoke in French and therefore, made it difficult for her to communicate correctly and properly with the people around her. With the many ways United could have informed her of the gate changes that they decided to impose in the last minute, they could have sent her, or all of the passengers on that supposed flight a message to inform them of the last-minute change. However, there is a possibility that an announcement has been made, but then Bahetoukilae did not pick it up due to the language barrier.

Bahetoukilae’s niece, Miantsoko said to the media that the steward who checked Bahetoukilae’s boarding pass upon walking onto the wrong plane did not check the boarding pass correctly, but did give her a seat as she found somebody on her assigned seat, 22C.

PUTRAJAYA: It is up to the PAS leadership to determine if the party should return to the Umno fold, said Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

The Umno secretary-general said Umno is inclusive and prepared to listen and provide the opportunity if PAS wished to return to Umno in a sincere and honest way.

He said this in response to a proposal that PAS return to become Umno’s Religious Affairs Bureau in conjunction with Umno’s 71st anniversary on May 11.
