Geely chairman plans to abandon bid for Proton = Because Proton keeps changing what it wants to do with Proton as a company

Gleey Chairman Sum up his frustrations in one line "They keep changing; today it’s this, tomorrow it’s that. They haven’t decided what they want,' he says."

Yes very true Proton is very fickle minded and time and time again when a possible tie up with a foreign company was going to take place , suddenly Proton or I say the BN government gets cold feet. They know for a fact that the Proton management which is under preforming will be first to be shown the door and majority are political appointees from UMNO earning fat paycheck , free Proton cars to drive and huge unnecessary perks to keep them happy as they play Golf or do nothing. Most of them are Division or branch leaders or Division committee members of UMNO

Next will the bloated Proton work force as the foreign partner will trim it and productively will improved ( You will work harder when you know you job depends on your productively and performances as a whole in the company. Again the Proton workers are also connected to UMNO as if you know somebody or an UMNO member you can get a job in GLCs in the very tight job market

Next will be the suppliers who supply inferior quality components and spares and also too many vendors supplying component and spare parts to Proton. Again have to be well connected to be a Proton vendor same as to be a PETRONAS vendor and continue supplying inferior components and spares as can continue without fear of having supply contract terminated

Stupid rascals they are shooting themselves to save themselves. How can you save yourself when are dead

I rest my case as Proton will die a natural death and 60, 000 - direct employees will be jobless and another 200,000 workers or move from the vendors who manufacture components and spares will be jobless. 99% Malays
