[BREAKING NEWS] A Passenger On MAS Airline MH128 Issued Threats Onboard After Attempting To Break Into The Flight’s Cockpit!
This news just got in from NST. It appears that a KL-bound Malaysia Airlines aircraft has been forced to turn back to Melbourne, Australia following an incident involving a passenger who issued threats onboard!
It was reported that a passenger on board the MH128 had tried to break into the flight’s cockpit and was even reported to have threatened staffs.
“MH128 departed Melbourne Airport at 11.11pm and was to arrive Kuala Lumpur at 5.28am on June 1. (It) made a turn back to Melbourne after the operating captain was alerted by a cabin crew of a passenger attempting to enter the cockpit.”
“MH128 safely landed in Melbourne Airport at 11.41pm. The aircraft is currently on the remote bay and waiting for security assistance to arrive at the aircraft.”
It is understood that emergency response vehicles have surrounded the aircraft that is currently on Runway 16.
There are several reports that have claimed that the airport has been closed and flights have been diverted, but there isn’t any confirmation regarding this extra claims as the Australian Federal Police declined to comment further.
