I know for a fact that he is already plotting for the day when UMNO defeated like all empires the expiry date will come and will collect the ashes and employ raja Bomoh to revive UMNO. I feel Zahid at times likes to imagine. He has imagined before.

He imagined he would be defeated in Bagan Datuk by his enemies.

He imagined that an old man would visit Najib’s house at night to ask for forgiveness for a supposed topple plot.

He has now imagined that he coul

d take Pas by the hand, tell them that he and Umno wants to table their (Pas) RUU 355, expect Pas to agree and then tell the voters it was Umno who did it with the help of Pas and live happily ever after with Pas.

But Zahid could not have imagined how smart some Pas members could be when they realised what Umno was up to. Has Zahid ever imagined what Hadi imagines ?

 How about finding out if Zahid has ever imagined what would it be like if indeed there were enemies waiting for his ouster from Bagan Datuk, Umno and the Government all together ? Don’t you think this is not impossible given the history that many Deputy PMs never made it ?

p.s. I think Zahid is a smart man. Therefore there is no need for him to imagine too much.

BOMBSHELL – UMNO WARLORDS FLEE NAJIB’S SIDE: EVEN KHAIRY SUDDENLY TALKS ABOUT REGIME CHANGE – TN50 TO BE HONOURED NO MATTER WHICH SKUALA LUMPUR – The aspirations 2050 National Transformation’s (TN50) roadmap will still be honoured until the end of 2050 regardless which political side holds the seat of the government by then as it is a people’s vision.

Minister of Youth and Sports, Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar, said whoever controlled the government then, they will have to respect the TN50’s aspirations as they were not the government’s nor an individual’s but the people.

“The most important part of the TN50 is it is the bottom-up approach, meaning it (TN50) is the voice of the people. So, you (the current government) are duty-bound to respect the aspirations (TN50) because they are the people’s.

“So this bottom-up approach allows for TN50 to be insulated from the political interference,” he said during one of the panel sessions at the 2017 Global Transformation Forum here today.

Khairi was one of the panellists in the session on ‘Malaysia’s Transformation: Delivering on Government Promises’.

Other members included Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa, Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan.

On the difference between TN50 and Vision 2020, Khairi said, the former’s aspirations were more specific as compered to the latter’s.

He said Vision 2020 consisted mostly of general aspirations.

“The challenges that were outlined (in the Vision 2020) were general. They were wonderful challenges and aspirations, but they were general in the sense that they were motherhood aspirations,” he said.

Among the challenges of Vision 2020, Khairi said, were the creation of a truly united Malaysian nation and a caring society.

“There were no specific markers of milestones for us (ministries). Because of that, it was wonderfully general aspirations that people can relate to,” he said.

He said in TN50 the government set a specific target about the country in 2050 and not just general statements or aspirations.

“Prime Minister (Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak) said (during the introduction of TN50) that we want to be among the top 20 countries in the world (by 2050) in terms of human development index, gross domestic product per capita, innovation and even in terms of our football ranking,” he said.

Meanwhile, Rahman said, the introduction of the TN50 did not mean the government would abandon Vision 2020.

“Just because the architect of the Vision 2020 is now in the opposition (side), it doesn’t mean that the vision has been left out or abandoned by the government,” he said.

However, Dr Mahathir who quit Umno to co-found a new Malay party last year has since reversed his stance against Lim as their political pact prepare to battle the Barisan Nasional coalition in the next general election due next year.

Annuar announced his “contest” after Lim reportedly called him “father of [a] racist” and a “disgrace to Islam”.

Lim in uttering those words during a press conference also challenged Annuar to lodge a police report against him, to which the latter said he wanted to take on the Gelang Patah MP “politically”.

CHRISTIANS WON’T KEEP THEIR ‘BLOODY MOUTHS’ SHUT, IGP: COME CLEAN – DID MUSLIM EXTREMISTS KIDNAP PASTOR RAYMOND KOH?

With the inspector-general of police’s (IGP) statement as reported in Malaysiakini on Monday March 20 under the headline ‘IGP: No lead in abduction of Pastor Koh’, I do need to ask the very obvious question.

Referring to the Free Malaysia Today publication dated March 7, 2017 under the headline ‘IGP: Pastor Koh abduction may be over personal issues’, where the IGP shared three theories that the police were working on. Referring to my earlier letter, any right-thinking rational Malaysian will come to the very natural conclusion that Theory 1 and 3 are not worth considering, and if anything, a distraction to the entire investigation.

Now with his most recent statement as reported in the media – quote: “The police have no lead on the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh Keng Joo, inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed today.”

The question that begs to be asked is this.

As a simple right-thinking rational Malaysian would I then be right to conclude that the police after a very thorough and comprehensive investigation (after all they have had 35 days with a special task force fully committed to this investigation and with all the resources of the state at their disposal, not forgetting the actual kidnapping video to boot) have excluded any possibility of ‘extremist elements’ being behind the abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh and that there is no truth or credence to this Theory 2 at all.

Dear IGP, is this what you are trying to convey to the Malaysian public with your most recent statement about being “clueless”. We know that there are ‘extremist elements’ even within your own police force and possibly other government departments that have been reported in the news.

The man behind the biggest bank heist in history may have been Kim Jong-un.

Federal prosecutors are preparing to finger North Korea for orchestrating the theft of $81 million from the Bangladesh central bank’s account at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York last year, according to a report.

The Justice Department is zeroing in on Chinese thieves under the direction of North Korea, with charges that they hacked Bangladesh’s central bank and swiped millions from its account held at the New York Fed, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The money was then transferred to banks in the Philippines and laundered through casinos, according to the reported allegations. While some of it has been recovered, much of it is still lost to prosecutors.

The hackers reportedly pulled off the heist by exploiting shoddy controls at the Bangladesh bank, the New York Fed and SWIFT, a money-transferring system that has come under attack by hackers the world over.

It’s unclear whether the Justice Department will file charges against North Korean officials, according to the WSJ report.

Spokepersons for Justice and the New York Fed didn’t return requests for comment.
