Sabah Assembly To Be Dissolved In April? - from around the Blogs

Just got this info : The Sabah State Assembly will likely be dissolved in April and the State elections will then be held in May of this year 2017.

Kleptocrat landed in Tamil Nadu a couple of days ago. The info I get is that after he comes back, he will be spending time in Sabah. Then the Sabah assembly will be dissolved soon after that and elections will be held in May 2017.

Maybe the kleptocrats will hold a rally at the Likas Stadium. There have been sightings of crocodiles in the monsoon drains near the stadium.  My son who served at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital recalls treating a patient who survived a crocodile attack.

On the walls of the pyramids in Egypt there are hieroglyphics of hippopotamus biting crocodiles. The tour guides said that the people who drew those pictures must have had a sense of humour - 3000 years or so ago.

Actually hippos do bite crocodiles in half. So I hope the crocodiles in Likas do bite with care.  Dont bite off more than you can chew.

Here is some dated but relevant elections news about Sabah :

(EC) posted 13 new state constituencies in Sabah on Sept 15, 2016
political parties on both sides discuss which areas to contest.

BN components have mentioned new seats they are eyeing

(Upko) and (PBS) among first to signal interest
Upko wants 4 of 13 new seats, besides retaining six state seats.
Upko wants Dambai, Mengaris, Telupid and Bengkoka seats.

other new seats are Tanjung Dumpil, Pantai Dalit, Pintasan, Sungai Manila, Lamag, Kukusan, Darau, Tulid, Segama.

these are Kadazandusun and Murut majority areas.

PBS requested for 6 new seats  on top of their 13 state seats
PBS lost Matunggong, Tamparuli, Api-Api, Sri Tanjong, Inanam, Kadamaian
PBS wants extra Telupid, Mengaris and Dambai — same 3 seats Upko wants

Liberal Democratic Party,  Chinese-based party, signals interest in new seats

My comments : Of course Shafie Apdal has been busy in Sabah. He has not wasted a single day since he was fired from UMNO.

Sabah will be a strong indicator about where the nation's politics will evolve.

IGP: Legally, Kim Jong Un is Jong Nam’s next of kin

Got bullied by the Dear young leader Kim Jong Un of North Korea. Difficult to play mind games with the master of mind games. Lesson learned and be prepared in future as maybe another opportunity will come.

IGP: Legally, Kim Jong Un is Jong Nam’s next of kin
 | March 31, 2017
IGP however dodges questions on the identity of the person who requested Kim Jong Nam's body.

SUBANG JAYA: Although Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar remains coy over who wrote the letter requesting for Kim Jong Nam’s body, he says North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is legally the deceased’s next of kin.
“The next of kin (wrote the letter). Legally, Jong Un is Jong Nam’s next of kin,” Khalid said during a press conference here today.
No reporter had mentioned Jong Un’s name beforehand.
“We go about it professionally, according to the law. We return the body to the next of kin who claimed the body. So we handed it over to that next of kin,” Khalid added.
However, he refused to comment on whether Jong Un had in fact written the letter.
A Reuters report today said China’s foreign ministry confirmed that Jong Nam’s remains had been returned to North Korea.
“Relevant” North Korean citizens were also allowed to return to Pyongyang, in a deal struck with the Malaysian government. In return, the nine Malaysians initially barred from leaving North Korea were finally brought home.
At the press conference today, Khalid added that police had taken statements from the three North Koreans wanted for questioning in the murder before they were allowed to leave the country.
Jong Nam was attacked by two female assailants with a substance that an autopsy later revealed as the VX nerve agent, a chemical weapon banned by the United Nations.
The incident took place on Feb 13, in klia2.
North Korea has refused to accept the Malaysian authorities’ claim that the man murdered was Jong Nam.

They have insisted that the man was a North Korean, Kim Chol, the name stated in the passport Jong Nam used to enter Malaysia

Malaysia General elections coming very soon when the Political monkeys start making appearances. See how caring they think they want to but they are wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Malaysia General elections coming very soon when the Political monkeys start making appearances. See how caring they think they want to but they are wolf in sheep’s clothing. Remember these faces all from the Government ruling part BN

Must be peeling prawns first time in his life and showing the Chinese lady that he is caring but she must be laughing inside , I got free labour today thanks to the Idiot visiting me and hope he comes more as he is very clever to peel prawns

Yes she is one whose family got RM 250 million for the government to rear cows in condominiums. Now the cattle farm in the high rises condominiums have gone bust and bankrupt. The RM 250 Million is long gone. Last 2 elections she lost and trying again and what a photo opportunity feeding an old man. The old man must be saying when that got a lady which looks like a cow’s arse feeding me , can’t they do it right and get a China doll to feed me

The one who visited Tamil superstar actor Rajnikanth at his home in Tamil Naidu India seeking his help to persuade the Malaysia Indians to support him and his party in this coming Malaysian General election. The Malaysian leaders in his party are just useless and castrated. It used to be a bag of rice, a bar of soap, bottle of cooking oil and RM 10 did the trick in the past and the Indians voted for his party. Now he thinks they want something extra, so he visited the actor and got a selfie with him. He is going to have this photo printed on the rice bag, bar of soap and bottle of cooking oil. Let us see if the Indians will be again Idiots this time around voting for him again or give him a kick in his hind side. Where no photo with Jackie Chan, because the Malaysian Chinese are smarter than the Indians.

No I am not a politician from the Government ruling part and I don’t give a rat arse about them.

Why You Can’t Shoot Terrorists With Lasers, Yet

Why You Can’t Shoot Terrorists With Lasers, Yet

Military leaders are eager to have the precision of a directed-energy weapon — yet plenty of legal and practical obstacles remain.
The coalition airstrike that recently killed more than 100 civilians in Mosul underscores a familiar challenge of dense, urban warfare: how can the military more precisely hit targets from the air? Lasers represent the apogee of precision and the Pentagon has several ongoing programs that will reach readiness in the coming years. The head of Air Force Special Operations Command recently said that lasers should absolutely be “part of the discussion” about how to hit terrorists — but so should the significant legal and practical obstacles that remain.

The military already uses low-power lasers to guide its weapons, from missiles to small arms. But recent advances in solid-state fiber lasers have renewed Pentagon interest in high-energy weapons that might do the damage by themselves, firing from  everything from trucks to experimental helicopter drones.
When commanders and military leaders talk about how they will use such lasers, they are careful to describe them as primarily defensive, useful for disabling enemy drones missiles, and even vehicles. Yet there is also considerable discussion about how, when, and why they might be used against enemy troops as well.
That emphasis on targeting the enemy’s stuff rather than enemy troops was the case on Wednesday. Lt. Gen. Marshall B. Webb, the head of Air Force Special Operations Command, laid out an operational scenario: pilots on a dangerous raid might use a laser mounted on an orbiting gunship to take out an enemy truck and a drone. Webb has said that he wants to test a laser aboard an AC-130J within a year.
Webb, who was speaking at the Direct Energy Summit in downtown Washington, D.C., was asked about targeting humans.
“My intent right now is to prove we can do a demo and do some specific things with this: control the beam; contain jitter,” he said.

Biawak ( UMNO ) Screws Kelantan Biawak (PAS ) OVER HUDUD RU355

Biawak ( UMNO ) Screws Kelantan Biawak (PAS ) OVER HUDUD RU355

KELANTAN: Local reptile ( Political ) researchers witnessed a fascinating display of monitor lizard ( UMNO & PAS ) courtship rituals last night, as an enormous biawak ( UMNO ) grew tired of the smaller Kelantan biawak (PAS)carrying it on its shoulder and abruptly decided to screw it.

( UMNO )

“Some may think the bigger biawak ( UMNO )  toying with the smaller one (PAS) before suddenly fucking it was cruel, but this behavior is typical of cold-blooded biawaks ( UMNO & PAS ) keen to ensure their survival in a complex multi-racial ecosystem ( Political )  ,” explained monitor lizard political expediency ( UMNO & PAS ) U-turn analyst Dr. Abdullah Abu Bakar.

The dance of Hudud RU355 between UMNO and PAS )

Researchers later confirmed the abandoned Kelantan biawak (PAS)  seemed in a state of shock after the surprise copulation ( REJECTION of RU355 by UMNO )before realising it was suddenly very alone.( Rejected by Oppostion Front PH )

Navy Decides to Buy V-22 Ospreys for Carrier Delivery

Navy Decides to Buy V-22 Ospreys for Carrier Delivery

The Navy will buy V-22 Osprey tiltrotors to replace its aging C-2A Greyhound turboprop aircraft in flying carrier on board delivery (COD) missions. Breaking Defense obtained a Jan. 5 memo, signed by Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert, and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Joseph Dunford. It stipulates that the Navy will buy four V-22s each year from fiscal 2018 to 2020.

The MOU marks a major triumph for the Naval Air Systems Command V-22 program office, the Marine Corps and other Osprey advocates, ( Read more here )who have argued for years that the Navy should replace its aging conventional take off C-2As with vertical take off and landing V-22s.
“The Navy is responsible for modifying these V-22s into an HV-22 configuration for the COD mission,” the  MOU states. “The parties agree that subsequent documents will provide details on the concept of operations and milestones. A memorandum of agreement will detail reimbursable Marine Corps support for the Navy’s HV-22 transition, which includes training and potential deployment of Marine MV-22 aircraft and personnel to support COD requirements.”

The Navy-Marine Corps agreement must be ratified in the next defense budget and by Congress. It also depends in part on a prospective third V-22 multiyear procurement contract that would begin in fiscal year 2018.  C-2A maker Northrop Grumman has proposed building a modernized version incorporating features of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye tactical early warning aircraft.
The twin-engine turboprop C-2As carry cargo, mail and passengers between aircraft carriers and shore — a mission called COD for “carrier on-board delivery.” The first Greyhound prototypes flew in 1964.The Osprey, built in a 50-50 partnership by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. and Boeing Co. and in service with the Marine Corps since 2007 and the Air Force since 2009, tilts two large wingtip rotors up to take off and land vertically and forward to fly like a turboprop airplane, giving it far greater speed and range than conventional helicopters.
The MOU signed by Mabus, Greenert and Dunford marks a milestone in the history of the revolutionary V-22, which began in the early 1980s at the behest of Navy Secretary John Lehman but took a quarter century to get into service. The Navy was originally supposed to buy as many as 380 Ospreys for search and rescue and antisubmarine warfare missions, but after Lehman left office, the service cut its paper requirement for V-22s to 48. The Marines are acquiring 360 Ospreys and the Air Force Special Operations Command another 50. As of March, the program office reported that 257 of a planned 460 Ospreys, including two for research, development, test and evaluation, had been acquired. Under the latest multiyear contract, which ends in fiscal 2017, the “flyaway cost” for each Osprey is about $68 million.
Until the past couple of years, Navy leaders had shown little interest in actually buying their planned 48 Ospreys. But in 2011, the Marine Corps began qualifying its MV-22s for carrier landings, and a six-day “military utility assessment” conducted last summer off the coast of Florida, in which V-22s carried passengers and cargo to and from the USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75), found that: “The V-22 demonstrated an effective, flexible, and safe capability to conduct the COD mission with no modifications and no adverse impact to cyclic flight operations.”
Navy and Marine Corps commanders of Amphibious Ready Groups carrying Marine Expeditionary Units, meanwhile, have found that using the Osprey to carry passengers and cargo among the standard ARG complement of three vessels enables the ships to conduct separate operations at ranges far greater than possible when CH-46 Sea Knight helicopters were their primary supply aircraft.
Under the Jan. 5 MOU, the first dozen HV-22s would be taken from what would have been the Marine Corps share of V-22s built in fiscal 2018-20 under the prospective third multiyear contract. Those first Navy V-22s will be replaced in the Marine Corps inventory in fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 with a dozen Ospreys “that would have been allocated to the Navy,” the memo provides.
