Why only 5 km and should had them push their
bikes to Kuala Lumpur and then back to Ipoh and I swear they will not joy ride

110 Mat Rempits Forced To Push Their Bikes For 5km After Getting Stopped At A Roadblock In Ipoh!!!
This is why your parents, family, neighbours, teachers and government officials keep telling you to stop your ‘Mat Rempit’ nonsense! It’s noisy, unsafe and it is ILLEGAL!
But yet these people still do it anyway, all because it is fun, thrilling and cool. No idea, where did they get the “cool” from but yea, at least that’s what they think.
Well, at 1 am yesterday, about 110 Mat Rempits were caught when the police decided to pull a surprise roadblock at Taman SPPK, Pasir Puteh. Booyah! Totally busted…
Apparently, the policemen already had their eyes set to suppress the illegal motorcycle racing activities that regularly take place near the residential area according to Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Sum Chang Keong’s statement.
In their roadblock, they were able to seize 116 motorcycles and issued 252 summonses for various offences. Some of the offences included illegal modification to their vehicles, running the red light, dark helmet visors, failing to show their license and even having expired licences.
A 23-year-old motorcyclist is also being investigated for reckless riding/driving as he had crashed his motorcycle into a police car during the operation. lol
And the best part of this whole operation is that the police had the 110 Mat Rempits push their vehicles for a lengthy 5km road just to reach the district police headquarters!
Some commenters were also poking fun saying that the police should have made them walk f0r 10km as there was a high chance of hatching a larvitar.
Some were asking the police to give the top 3 who reached the station the fastest a reward as they did like to race to the top spot. While the rest of them just said that these ‘mat rempits’ are just complete nuisances. And which I strongly agree upon!
