Gov't blames opposition for higher restaurant food prices

The opposition is behind traders and restauranteurs who raise food prices, Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Mansor said today.

He said this is because those from opposition parties are now part of food traders associations, whose members collude to raise prices.

"In my opinion, the opposition is behind this. I know that when there is an association meeting (for food traders), those from DAP, PKR and the likes play a role to negate everything that the government is doing to ensure that the prices are corrected," Tengku Adnan said...
