‘Friend’ Scammer Alert!!! Do You Know This Guy?! If You Do, You Better Watch Out!!!
Geez…What kind of friend is this? So many of his friends are coming forward and exposing his scams!
First I thought there was only 1 victim, but many others started confessing in the source’s Facebook post on April 12 and another victim coincidentally also had posted her side of the story on the same day.
Rachel Tan, who first exposed Chang Nam’s scams, shared her past conversations of 16 screenshots with the man. Almost all tricks in the books, this childhood friend of hers have used. From his salary delayed to BR1M account in the process of shifting bank account to injuring his spine and eventually to even faking online banking receipts.

Then came another viral post from Ember Wong, another Chang Nam’s scam victim. So from Rachel’s post, we found out that the scammer is actually working for his father, right? Well, with Ember, it seems that he had claimed that his pay from Heineken (most likely a freelance job) has been delayed, and he seemed desperately ‘broke’. Ember who knew him for a long time gave in to her empathy and transferred money to him.
Then came another grandmother story of his, claiming that he accidentally trashed his company’s van as he was running his own dispatch work. By the way, yea I know what you are thinking, it is illegal to use company’s property for your own usage unless you have your boss’s consent on top of the faking bank receipts.
Ember did notice something was off at a much earlier stage, but still decided to help out anyways until when she started to ask back for her money only to realise he had blocked her on his accounts.

Apparently, now he even has another FB account, so do be careful everyone! If you are a friend of his and he starts to ask you for money, you know what to do, right? No…no…not making him viral…report to the police straight away! Who knows how many others have he cheated on already? Who knows how much he has already earned from his scamming?
