Domesky Staff Publicly Defames Woman After Falsely Accusing Her Family For Shoplifting!!

Who doesn’t know the new and upcoming Domesky, similar to stores like Miniso, Yubiso, Kioda, and Daiso, they all sell items of every range, almost anything you want is in these stores! Their prices are also on factor we should talk about, the prices are relatively cheaper than most places. But don’t talk about MR. DIY lah, that one different case okay!

Shopping at these places gives me a sense of joy because I love browsing through the whole shop looking at what they have to offer. Unfortunately, it wasn’t that much of a pleasant experience for Andrew Ho and his family.

He shared his experience of the store and the staffs on a Facebook post which stirred up the internet and had over 3,000 shares.

On May 9, Andrew and his family were shopping in Sunway Velocity and they went into Domesky to buy some things and left for dinner. After dinner, they returned to Domesky again, but when they left the store, two employees from Domesky started following the family and even called the police accusing them of shoplifting!

Shortly after, mall cops arrived and brought the family to a control room and questioned them while waiting for the police to arrive. They were taken to a meeting room on the other side of the mall, Andrew was pissed as his mother has trouble walking.

The policemen brought the two employees back to the store to check on the CCTV footage and the police returned about 20 minutes later without the two staffs. Andrew and his family were told to leave right after that as the police informed that everything is cleared, but the employees did not apologise to the family for accusing them and defaming them in public, on top of that making an old lady walk when she has difficulty in walking!!

The family returned to Domesky in hopes of getting a proper apology but they only received harsh treatment. The manager ignored their demand for an apology while the staffs started calling Andrew’s mother ‘bodoh‘ (stupid).




He continues in his post,

“You made a huge mistake? Fine. You suspect us of stealing something? Fine. You defamed us in public? Apologise at least. But insulting my mother when we are clearly innocent?

“The police already checked the footage and our body but nothing was found and you still want to INSULT MY MOTHER??”

whether or not you’re in the service industry, when you falsely accuse someone you must always apologise! Do you want so much drama in your life? Own up to your mistake and take action!!
