This is a public complaint ok, in the service of the public.
There are hundreds of abandoned cars around the Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
I took these pictures (all within the WP Kuala Lumpur boundary) along Jalan Pantai Murni, Jalan Pantai Permai, Jalan Pantai Dalam heading towards Section 5 of Petaling Jaya and areas around there.
As you can see these are all abandoned cars, trucks and there is even a back-hoe tractor that has been abandoned.
This is a horrible sight. That abandoned truck is actually used as a garbage dump. Real Third World ignorance.

The jurisdiction over abandoned vehicles rests with the Police.
Not the Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur.
It is the responsibility of the Police to get rid of these abandoned vehicles.
But the Police being Police say that they will NOT tow away or dispose of these abandoned vehicles without an official complaint (Police Report).
I say Pak Tuan, who has time to go and make a Police Report for all these abandoned vehicles?
There are hundreds or thousands more of these abandoned vehicles around Kuala Lumpur alone.
May I suggest that the Police KL organise a special Ops to clear KL of all these abandoned vehicles? Please start in the Pantai Dalam area.
Because this involves vehicles and ownership (there will be legal and other issues with JPJ) please make a special effort to set aside the usual red tape and bureaucracy.
The KL Police may not have enough manpower or enough tow trucks to dispose hundreds or thousands of abandoned vehicles. Just hand over the disposal of these abandoned vehicles to the 'besi buruk' operators.
They will clear these abandoned vehicles for free in record time and also trade or recycle these vehicles into useful products.
To expedite the clearance work just have the local police accompany the 'besi buruk' guys when they tow away the abandoned vehicles.
Waive the foot dragging and red tape. Please make this a special project
